Super close to the pool! Shallow most of the way, which was great for our little guy. Very close drive to the grocery store which was nice as well. Not far from most things and about a 5 minute drive to the beach. House could have used a bit more cleaning in the kitchen and the floors (sand). Other than that it is a nice big space.

Very relaxing time

We enjoyed the property and its location and proximity to grocery stores, restaurants, the beach and the community pool.

House size was perfect for us. Had everything you needed for your first few days. Right across the street from the pool. Great location.

Perfect, just what we needed!

Overall, it was the perfect vacation. House is well stocked, comfortable and easy to find. The access to the beach was awesome and so close. Grocery stores were close and lots of fun shopping.

Last minute trip

We were lucky to get this as a last minute change of plans. We were pleased the listing was exactly as described. Great place to go with kids! Nice they allow pets but you would never know a pet had ever been there. Very clean, great place!

Great House with Multiple Broken Items

The house was beautiful and has a great location and lots of space for a family! Very comfortable and the pool was only a short walk across the street. The the things we don’t like is that the property is not well managed and caused us a lot of inconvenience. There were two grills (gas and charcoal) but the gas grill was rusty and had cockroaches in it. The charcoal grill had a black widow inside. The dishwasher didn’t work at all. The garbage disposal didn’t work at all so we constantly had a full kitchen sink of water that would not drain. Most rooms were missing light bulbs. None of the can openers worked so we had to buy one. We called the property manager the first day there and reported that things were broken. They said they would send someone over and for the whole 7 days we were there nothing got fixed and no one came.

The property was beautiful, and we loved the convenience of how close it was to the pool and the ocean. The backyard was a little messy when we arrived and we had to sweep so the kids could play, but the house itself was very clean. We didn’t love that the beds were not already made when we got there. Trying to put sheets and bedding throughout the entire house when we were already tired from traveling was a lot. Communication was a little slow through text. Maybe if I called it would’ve been quicker, but I did get answers for all of my questions, it would just sometimes take a full day to get a response. Check in and check out was easy. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would consider staying with them again!!!
