It was a quick one night trip for my son to visit with a friend and it was the perfect 48 experience. We arived early, little after 10 am, and were allowed to check in early. Spent the day at the beach which is just like a block away. We had a little trouble with the lock because the door was somewhat ajar but host was very accommodating and helped us out within no time. It was very clean, beds were so soft, location was great. I'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

We were in the area for Mayo Clinic appointment and found the property to be perfect . Great communication with the host. Would definitely stay again

Beautiful home and great location. I chose this spot because my elderly inlaws were with us. I needed an area that they could walk to different places quickly and easily. This was perfect. I ran into a few issues trying to use the door code and the owner was quick to respond. The house is just as pictured. I think the only downside was not having tvs in the bedrooms. My in-laws had to stay downstairs to watch their shows when they would have preferred staying in their bedroom.

Great Place

The property is well maintained. The location is walking distance to the beach and plenty of nightlife food/drink. The owner is very responsive. I will stay again in the future.

We rented this place via a recommendation from our real estate agent; we figured maybe our agent knew the host since the host is a real estate agent himself. The property was somewhat clean but the person who does the cleaning did not do a thorough job. So we had to do quite a bit of cleaning on our own. Cookware is quite worn and not really usable; so we had to buy our own cookware during our stay. One of the mattresses was quite uncomfortable. Living room sofas are worn. Some other items are not functional and the host needs to have some things fixed:1. Toilets are hooked up to the hot water line which makes no sense.2. The toilet on the second floor does not stop running so we had to turn it off and essentially could not use it.3. The dresser drawers in the main bedroom are essentially unusable as they do not slide in and out easily so we essentially had to live out of suitcases.The location is fantastic as it is literally next to the beach. The ability to park in the driveway is very convenient. The host, to his credit, was responsive when contacted via text messaging. He is professional and easy to work with. We had some issues which he addressed in a very timely fashion.

Amazing property and location

I booked this house because my teen daughter and her best friend signed up for a local surf camp. They had an amazing time at the beach for the week and this house could not have been any more convenient. It smelled so clean as we walked in, it was close to the beach bars and lots of restaurants. We will be booking this home anytime we go back to JAX.

Awesome Place

The host was amazing, the closeness to the beach made it very convenient for us to walk back and forth. Very spacious and close to the restaurants/ bars etc. We will certainly be back! Thanks again.

Awesome spot

Loved our stay and the host was really accommodating. Close to the public beach, this make watching the sunrise quick and easy. The a/c in the house was strong and kept the house cool on days when the temperature was over 100. This is my new spot every time i come back to Jacksonville.

PRIME Location

Overall a relaxing stay...and location was PRIME. Host was very great at communication and follow up as we had a few hiccups when we arrived. He was very responsive and took action to fix our issues.

Nice location and Clean

Location is near the beach and lots of local bars and restaurants. House was clean and well-maintained. Lots of stairs so if you have any type of mobility issues its probably not the place for you. All three balconies could use some TLC.
