Surf Park's Unique History:
Our home was moved to Jacksonville Beach in 1948 from Camp Blanding by train. This home was originally an Army Barracks.
We hope you enjoy learning Jacksonville Beaches history while you stay with us.

Surf Park is located only 3 short blocks to the beach. Restaurants, bars and shopping even closer! Completely renovated, and furnished with everything you need! You will see and enjoy all that the Beaches community has to offer. We are Jacksonville Beach Locals and love sharing our community with you!

We are PET Friendly with a large fenced backyard!

*2 Bedroom 2 Full Bath home. Bedroom 1 has a Queen bed, Bedroom 2 has a Full bed, and the Sleeper Sofa has a Queen bed.
*Large fenced backyard with Outdoor Shower, Patio with Gas Grill, Pub Table/Chairs and Hammock to chill.
*Beach wagon and Beach chairs provided

*All the kitchen essentials you need including Coffee Maker, Blender, and Toaster

I can’t think of any thing negative

This quaint and charming home is near the beach and is everything it says it is in the listing. I stayed in Jen’s home for three months and it felt like home instantly. We have booked it again for next year and cannot wait to feel at home there once again.

Another Great Stay At SurfPark

Once again (3rd time) the house was fantastic. We like the Location being within a few blocks of the beach and just north of the Jax Pier and local Bars/Restaurants. This location is great to get towards Jax (St. Johns for shopping and restaurants) and to Top Golf and other to do's.Heather (Property Manager) is great and very accomodating. House has everything you need and especially the fenced in backyard. Our Beagle loved it! and the neighbors are great as well.

Perfect Stay

Our stay at Surf Park was perfect. I was having surgery at Mayo and needed to stay in the area for two weeks. As we had to bring our Westies with us, we chose a property that allowed dogs as well as a quick drive to Mayo. The home and yard were absolutely met our requirements. The home was comfortable, well appointed with everything we needed. And the dogs loved the fenced in yard. It felt like home. Thank you, Heather … we hope to come back and enjoy the property again when Im healed!

Dog friendly, cute, and comfortable

My family enjoyed our stay. Our dogs' needs were perfectly accommodated with a large, lush lawn, dog waste bags, outdoor water, and shade. Our only concern was the full bed was too small for my very pregnant daughter and her 6'3" fiance; however, that was no one's fault as it was mentioned in description, and they made do on the fold out couch. Just something for others to keep in mind. We would absolutely stay here again and thank Heather for sharing her home with our family.

Perfect location

This is the perfect location if you are looking for a place anywhere from Ponte Vedra to Atlantic Beach. Super convenient to everything we wanted to do, especially going to the beach. Had a great time!
