The place was great, exactly what me and my family were looking for to enjoy the weekend! Gives the relaxing beach vibe you want, and the backyard was perfect. Host was wonderful, answered all our questions, along with quick to respond. Would definitely stay again.

Very clean house, great location to the beach, shopping, and restaurants… awesome backyard, well stocked kitchen, comfortable. We really appreciated having coffee pods already available and coffee filters for the carafe.

Only 3 blocks from the beach, yes please! We stayed here for a week, the house was the perfect for my family, cozy and yet spacious , beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms, nice back yard, and the best was the outdoor shower. My kids loved it. Heather was quick in our communication which was very reassuring. Lots of places to walk to, we look forward to staying here again.

We have stayed at this property more than a handful of times over the years. It is the best at Jax Beach. A couple of blocks from the ocean and restaurants and shops. Quiet area and the house is spectacular with an even more spectacular fenced backyard. What a way to relax an enjoy beach life!

This house is a perfect home away from home! Convenient stores and restaurants nearby. Short walk or drive to the beach. The fenced in yard with plenty of seating was perfect spot for our dogs and us to relax. The property is clean and well taken care of care of! Would return and recommend!

We had a great time! The house was excellent and Heather was amazing! We have a large dog that goes everywhere with us and we loved there was no weight limit for him or mandatory kennel! My husband actually forgot to click that we would be bringing him and I didn't realize until the day before. Got in touch with Heather and she immediately fixed it. Would absolutely go back. Also love the history of the house

Perfect location

This is the perfect location if you are looking for a place anywhere from Ponte Vedra to Atlantic Beach. Super convenient to everything we wanted to do, especially going to the beach. Had a great time!
