Surf Park's Unique History:
Our home was moved to Jacksonville Beach in 1948 from Camp Blanding by train. This home was originally an Army Barracks.
We hope you enjoy learning Jacksonville Beaches history while you stay with us.

Surf Park is located only 3 short blocks to the beach. Restaurants, bars and shopping even closer! Completely renovated, and furnished with everything you need! You will see and enjoy all that the Beaches community has to offer. We are Jacksonville Beach Locals and love sharing our community with you!

We are PET Friendly with a large fenced backyard!

*2 Bedroom 2 Full Bath home. Bedroom 1 has a Queen bed, Bedroom 2 has a Full bed, and the Sleeper Sofa has a Queen bed.
*Large fenced backyard with Outdoor Shower, Patio with Gas Grill, Pub Table/Chairs and Hammock to chill.

Short beach getaway

This was a great spot to stay for our short beach getaway to Jacksonville Beach. The house was so charming, had all of the amenities that we needed, and the location was perfect!

Your puppy dogs will LOVE this backyard!

Ours did! Great quiet neighboorhood. Loved the backyard and convenience to everything. Great host and home filled with everything youll need. We cooked in most nights and had what we needed.I didnt realize this was on the opposite side of A1A.. That was on me though for not checking. Thank you for allowing our family to be together during the holidays! Thats what mattered most to us!

The home is just that...a home. Everything you would need for a short or long stay has been provided. Great outdoor space and you are close to everything. We would definately stay again.

Just right for our little family

We stayed here with our one year old while we were visiting family. The space was perfect for three people, and would probably have worked well with one more too. The house was clean and well-equipped, and a great location for visiting the beach. Our host was kind and communicative. We'd absolutely stay here again. Thanks for everything!

Nice place for family and pets.

A great place to stay!

The property is even closer to the beach than we expected and it was conveniently located near numerous grocery stores and restaurants. The house was very clean and comfortable and had thoughtful touches like coffee and cleaning supplies.

Bitter sweet

The reason for our visit from the UK was bitter sweet as my son was moving out to live with his father yet the comfort & beauty of our accommodation made it extremely comfortable, giving us our own space yet very central to beach & his new school which we where visiting. It was truly perfect & definitely will return to stay when next visiting.

4th of July

We came to Jacksonville Beach to spend the holiday week with kids/grands who live in the area. While we knew we'd be spending the bulk of our time with the family, we wanted a nighttime haven to be able to sleep in and relax. The house was wonderful for us, and offers so much we didn't actually need. Immaculate, comfy beds, great linens, a nice layout, well appointed, quiet. All the check marks. Plus it's private, gave our dog a place to run out back. Very close to the beach, plenty of "beach stuff." We hope to be able to come back again when we visit the family.

This house is well kept/maintained. Beds are comfortable and all necessary kitchen utensils were in good order. I would definitely stay here again. We were not beach goers, but the property was convenient for our needs. We mostly drove to golf, fish and business meetings. We did walk for coffee, but because of heat and humidity preferred A/C in our car to access most restaurants.

Family Fun JAX style

We had another great stay at this property. We looked back at the guest book and realized it had been 3 years since our last visit! Way too long!! This cute home is in a great location and way better than staying in a hotel or condo, especially if you have kids. There’s a ton to do nearby, but the beach right across the street and hanging out in the huge private backyard is where we spent most of our time. We will be back, hopefully soon!

Dog friendly, cute, and comfortable

My family enjoyed our stay. Our dogs' needs were perfectly accommodated with a large, lush lawn, dog waste bags, outdoor water, and shade. Our only concern was the full bed was too small for my very pregnant daughter and her 6'3" fiance; however, that was no one's fault as it was mentioned in description, and they made do on the fold out couch. Just something for others to keep in mind. We would absolutely stay here again and thank Heather for sharing her home with our family.

Beach Getaway

This excellent property has comfortable furnishings, a well-appointed kitchen, 2 nice bathrooms, and a cozy, fenced back yard. It is perfect for 2 couples or a family. Easy walking distance to the beach. Hope to stay here again—such a cute place! 🏖️

Another Great Stay At SurfPark

Once again (3rd time) the house was fantastic. We like the Location being within a few blocks of the beach and just north of the Jax Pier and local Bars/Restaurants. This location is great to get towards Jax (St. Johns for shopping and restaurants) and to Top Golf and other to do's.Heather (Property Manager) is great and very accomodating. House has everything you need and especially the fenced in backyard. Our Beagle loved it! and the neighbors are great as well.

Perfect Beach Cottage

The house was adorable and comfortable. Loved that it was a house with history yet completely updated. The backyard was absolutely perfect for my dog and for my family to hang out. Heather was extremely responsive with any questions. We had a great stay!

Bikes are everywhere and Walking is also easy with shopping, restaurants and bars on every corner. Jacksonville Beach is Golf Cart friendly as long as it has a tag and registration. You can drive them on any street 35 MPH or less.
