Huge & modern 1 Bdr/2 Bath Condo (700 sqft) at a Diamond Resort right by the Del Mar Fair & Racetrack (a great way to avoid having to pay for parking for the Fair or the beach) & about 0.7 mile walk to the beach. The condo has a 1 king & 1 queen sofa bed. Free high speed Wifi. The resort has amazing amenities (pool, 2 Jacuzzi, fire pits, gym, clubhouses, game rooms, sauna rooms, tennis club & courts, spa/salons, restaurants, etc). Hotel grade professional cleaning & sanitation to prevent COVID.

This one-bedroom Resort Villa features 2 full size bathrooms and includes a living space with sleek high-end furniture and a large flat screen television, perfect for an afternoon nap or late night movie. The kitchen area features a smooth countertops and outfitted with modern appliances. There is bathroom amenities, bath and pool towels. Both rooms feature a flat screen TV, lots of closet space and lamps. The living room features a queen sized sofa bed.
