This is an awesome spot, and Meghan is a great host! Super close to all the southside Chattanooga spots (walking distance) and the house was very clean and the beds were comfy! It’s also really big, deceptively so. I would totally stay here again.

Loved our stay there! The beds are very comfortable, and we enjoyed the outdoor sitting area. Host is a sweetheart and very helpful.

Great location! Close to everything we wanted to do. The ramp access was great for coolers and rolling bags. Plenty of room for our family of 5.

This property is a great one! A very nicely renovated home in town with a very easy walk to breakfast restaurants. Great parking, easy ramp to roll your suitcase. Front and back porch. Perfectly clean and well stocked with all you need.

Host stayed in communication throughout the trip. Very kind, detailed, and accommodating.Pictures were exactly as the home appeared. Location was very convenient to downtown Chattanooga (aquarium, trains, restaurants, etc) Extremely clean. Very cozy. Wonderful family experience. Would most definitely recommend this listing to any and everyone.

We had an awesome stay, we walked everywhere down town where the restaurants and shops were plentiful. The house was clean with easy access and easy departure. We toured the historic mountains on motorcycles where civil war battles took place. Thanks Megan.

This place was amazing! The host was so nice! Left us goodies that my 3 year old loved. Extremely clean and comfortable. We did have a noise issue with the upstairs neighbor the last night and the host was so prompt to get it taken care of. Will stay here again when coming to Chattanooga! Thank you!

We had an amazing time at this location! We spent mornings with coffee on the porch and in the evening with cocktails. The property manager was very helpful and she left a card and happy birthday balloon for my husband-such a nice touch. I would have rated excellent, unfortuneately our layout was in the bottom portion of the house and a family of twin 14 year olds, a 4 year old, grandparents and parents were non-stop until after 1:00am each evening. Otherwise, it was an perfect getaway in such a charming city.

I am so glad you had such a wonderful time and stay! My apologies for the noise - had I known I definitely would have helped with this situation. There are now alerts that go to me for excessive noise during quiet hours so that I can assist moving forward. I am always looking to make the guest experience better.

Our stay here was pretty great! Very clean and well appointed, well functioning showers with comfortable beds and living room furniture. So much space for everyone, and we just loved the layout and overall style and historical feeling of the unit.We had one very minor issue and it was taken care of less than 30 min from the time I sent a text to the host to the completion of the issue. Meghan, the host, is very responsive and a delight to communicate with. We were able to walk to many of he places we wanted to go, which included Urban Stack for great burgers and drinks, Alleia, and Warehouse Row. Also walkable to the Choo Choo and the dining options they offer. If you have more than 4 cars, parking can be tricky, but we did manage to fit by utilizing the included overnight street parking pass. While the neighborhood is pretty quiet itself, if there is someone occupying the unit upstairs, you will hear them, due to the age of the structure. The units to have reminders of quiet hours of 10PM-8AM. All in all we really enjoyed our stay!

Great location. Easy walk to restaurants and The Choo Choo. Quick drive to the Lookouts stadium. The furniture and beds were great. The parking behind the house made loading and unloading a breeze. We spent most of our free time enjoying the front porch! Plenty of room for four-six adults. Meghan was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely be renting this space again.
