New to the Market! Perfect getaway beach condo just steps from the beach! This quiet 1st floor 1 bedroom/1 bath condo is only one of 12 fabulous units and is just 10 steps from the gorgeous pool.

This cute unit is tastefully furnished and includes all amenities you may need, including dishes, pots, pans, cutlery - everything you would need for a fun vacation! Also includes a washer/dryer and the privacy to work "from home" if you are lucky enough to work remotely! It can be your home away from home.

This condo sleeps 4 with the king size bed and the queen sofa sleeper. The unit is equipped with WiFi, TVs with cable, linens, and bath towels.

Not only does South Padre Island have amazing beaches, but it is also known for its entertainment for family and adults. You are just a short walk to the Wanna Wanna Beach Bar - and a couple of blocks from Clayton's Beach Bar! Enjoy live music, great margaritas and the great beach on the Gulf of Mexico.

This was the perfect place for our beach vacation. Beach access is a two minute walk. Pool right out our condo door. Place was clean and pleasantly quiet. Would stay here again.

Super cute condo!!

This was a great property. Quiet, clean and within walking distance of the beach. We loved everything about this place. It has a beautiful kitchen that we didn't take advantage of but will in the future. We enjoy being in a quiet area and this way further down on the North side away from crowds. We hope to stay again.

Happy with our stay

Nice, clean property. Lots of nice touches like extra towels and kitchen amenities. Shared courtyard/pool cleaned daily. Bed was cozy. Neighbors woke us at 3 am, but were polite and quiet after I kindly asked them to quiet down. Very close to ocean access, but no ocean view.

Perfect Relaxing Getaway

This very clean and cozy condo was the perfect place to stay for our little getaway. The condo was equipped with anything you may need to feel at home. It was just a few steps away from the pool, and the convenience of being on the first floor made it very easy while unloading and loading our vehicle. Access to the beach was also amazingly convenient as it was about 1/2 a block away from the beach. We will certainly stay at this unit again! Thank you to the hosts for quick responses to any questions I had.

Relaxing and close to beach

This was a great place for me and my wife. Close to the beach with easy access. Perfect size for a couple and the condo is nice and clean.

Best Vacation spot

Perfect location the walk to the beach was short, the pool was right in front which it was perfect with 2 young children. Everyone was so pleasant and nice!! Thank you we will be back for sure

We’ll Be Back!!

Just as described! If you are looking for a clean, quality and comfortable stay in South Padre this is the Perfect spot. It came equipped with everything you need, even coffee and creamer (my husband was so excited about this part) and the most comfortable bed. The pool was just steps away and the beach was a hop, skip and a jump away. The hosts (Robert and Rosie) were amazing and did a great job creating a top notch place to stay. We will most definitely be back!

Right by the beach

Condo was exactly like the pictures. The walk to the beach was less than five minutes, which made it super convenient with our a little kids. The pool is right outside the door of the condo as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location, quiet atmosphere friendly neighborhood, It was really a great time,beach,food,sopping on the strip, I really do love this place. Who wouldn’t want to live on the beach? I know I do!!

Great cons at the beach

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay at this condo by the beach on spi. It looked on the map to be actually on the beach, but wasn’t. However it was only about a half block walk from the condo. The unit was very clean and comfortable and the hosts very thoughtful to make sure that guests have everything they need! We had one question during our stay and Robert was quick to get back to us. This was a great experience, highly recommend these hosts and this property - the price was also great for high season at the island! Thanks, and would definitely stay here again!

CLEAN and Exactly as Desribed

The place was immaculate. Everything needed for cooking. The bed was very firm but after the first night, I slept really well with no issues. As a note - the bed was not old or worn out just a very firm good memory mattress. Pool was very clean and nice. Quick walk to the beach. An all-around great trip and would certainly stay again.

Convenient & relaxing stay

Owner always reply promptly to our questions. We’re on the first floor which works perfect coz it’s across to the pool. They have all the kitchen wares including topper wares for your leftover food. 1 Bathroom is inside the masters bedroom. Walk in tub which is ok. Sofa pull out bed is available. We brought our own beach towels but they also have at least 5 towels for beach. FYI we have to borrow TV remote control from LR area to turn on the bedroom TV so we’re not able to watch the bedroom TV because the LR area has the control. Just need to fix the ice maker because you can use the manual ice maker if you brought your own clean bottle or gallon of water to fill in the ice maker container. The place is quiet and clean. What we love the place is just across the beach access no. 21. So, we don’t have to drive and look for a parking spot.

Great Experience

The property was very convenient, very clean, beautifully furnished and on the first floor. The hosts were very friendly and where even nice enough to get my my engagement ring after I left it behind. I would absolutely recommend this stay. Thank you guys!

Great place to stay

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this property. It was waking distance to the beach access, close to the convenience store, & the condo was right next to the pool in the first floor. Everything was great, will definitely stay again.
