New to the Market! Perfect getaway beach condo just steps from the beach! This quiet 1st floor 1 bedroom/1 bath condo is only one of 12 fabulous units and is just 10 steps from the gorgeous pool.

This cute unit is tastefully furnished and includes all amenities you may need, including dishes, pots, pans, cutlery - everything you would need for a fun vacation! Also includes a washer/dryer and the privacy to work "from home" if you are lucky enough to work remotely! It can be your home away from home.

This condo sleeps 4 with the king size bed and the queen sofa sleeper. The unit is equipped with WiFi, TVs with cable, linens, and bath towels.

Not only does South Padre Island have amazing beaches, but it is also known for its entertainment for family and adults. You are just a short walk to the Wanna Wanna Beach Bar - and a couple of blocks from Clayton's Beach Bar! Enjoy live music, great margaritas and the great beach on the Gulf of Mexico.

Perfect spot for a couple's getaway or small family vacation. The Host was friendly when we had questions. The pool was clean. Property was close to the beach. I will definitely be coming back.

This was the perfect place for a couple get away. We enjoyed the quiet condo with its closeness to the beach. Just right up the road. Comfortable mattress in a spacious one bedroom condo. The washer and dryer was a bonus to have in this unit. Very nice. We will definitely be returning. Our host Robert was very responsive. He answered all our questions promptly.

Great place to stay

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this property. It was waking distance to the beach access, close to the convenience store, & the condo was right next to the pool in the first floor. Everything was great, will definitely stay again.

Relaxing and close to beach

This was a great place for me and my wife. Close to the beach with easy access. Perfect size for a couple and the condo is nice and clean.

The place was nice and clean. We did not have access to the garage and it was not front beach condo. I called the phone number that was listed twice and no one called back.

For clarity, garage access is not included or advertised with the condo, and while the property is not directly beachfront, it is located just steps from a very convenient beach access. We also take guest communication very seriously and pride ourselves on being highly responsive and attentive throughout every stay. Unfortunately, we did not receive any missed messages or voicemails during your visit, or we would have gladly assisted right away. Perfect place

This location was the perfect place for my family of 4. Short walk across the street to the beach. Clean, quiet, and cozy! Sparkling clean pool right outside the front door. So much to rave about this place.
