Your relaxing oasis is just steps to the beach and walking distance (2 quick blocks) to the entertainment district. Located in a well-maintained complex featuring a heated/cooled pool, relaxing hot tub, 1 reserved parking spot, and a lush tropical courtyard, this condo blends comfort and convenience perfectly.

Inside, you’ll find a king bed, two twin beds, and a queen sofa sleeper, comfortably accommodating your group. Washer and dryer in the unit for all your beach towels and swimsuits. The condo is spacious (1100 sq. ft.), thoughtfully furnished and fully equipped to make your stay easy and enjoyable.

Whether you’re relaxing indoors or exploring nearby, this excellent spot provides a welcoming retreat. Steps to the beach! A short walk to the entertainment district where you can enjoy restaurants, bars, go-carts, the Ferris wheel, fireworks and so much more. We hope you enjoy the Island and our condo as much as we do!

Please note, although this is a first floor unit, there are two steps up to the condo.

It was such a great stay! So nice and perfect location! On the first floor and it was just across the street from the beach access and directly by the pool! Will definitely be staying again.

Nice cozy cute, very clean condo with all the accessories needed! Walking distance to the beach was awesome because we didn't have to look for parking it was just across the street from the condo! Washer and dryer came in handy as well. Will definitely stay here again!!

a great location with the beach access across the street walking distance. Fits 6 people comfortably with plenty of space. Condo was very clean. Plenty of extra towels and blankets. My host gave me some great recommendations on the local food restaurants. Definitely recommend

It is a great place, Very close to the beach, and Laura is a great host and gave us great recommendations for restaurants in the area. We would stay here again.

La propiedad es excelente, muy agradable y fue una maravillosa experiencia. Laura muy amable y siempre nos apoyo, con más dudas y necesidades.La alberca maravillosa y la ubicación excelente, cruzas la calle y llegas a la playa y caminando una cuadra llegas a Gravity a diversión familiar.Muy recomendable el condominio
