Named in honor of the owner's mother, this family-friendly beach house offers laid-back charm, comfort, and convenience within easy reach of Port St. Joe's world-class beaches. Showcasing modern, coastal décor and fully updated throughout, this three-bedroom home offers an open floor plan and breezy front porch for indoor and outdoor gathering.

After a day at the beach, unwind in the sunny living room while streaming shows and movies on the flatscreen smart TV. The sparkling, island kitchen comes well-equipped with a full suite of major appliances and utensils to handle at-home meals with ease. There's seating for four at the breakfast bar and sit-down meals can be enjoyed together at the expandable dining table with seating for up to eight. In-home essentials include central AC, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

From morning coffee to afternoon happy hour, the breezy front porch is a perfect spot any time of day.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
