Amazing

My overall stay was great. Seamless checking extremely clean. Host was very communicative. Bathrooms and kitchen were spotless. Bedrooms were very cozy. Great location!

Great place!

The Loft is everything as described and then some. Very comfortable and has everything we needed. Vincent is a pleasure to communicate with and the place has some small touches that just added to the experience. Recommend Bookers for dinner too- an easy walk from the property. Would definitely stay here again!

College Tours - 1st time in Philly

We scheduled tours at 2 colleges this past weekend and selected the Loft @ Cedar Park based on the listing photos and reviews. All were completely accurate. We did not cook, but the kitchen had everything you might need, plus several extras in the fridge, which we were happy to find, plus k-cups, sugars, etc. for morning coffee. Having 2 full bathrooms was key for us and they are located right next to each bedroom on opposite ends of the unit. I was worried about street parking, but we were able to find a spot on the block each time and most times, right in front of the house. My son accidentally left an item in the room and we were happy to discover that the cleaners found and secured the item and we are working with Victor to arrange for it to be shipped to us. We did not need anything extra or have questions during our trip, but all communications with the host were quick and clear. If college applications and acceptances go well, we will likely be back in Philly and happy to stay here again.

Great space, but....

The host was highly communicative Amenities were excellent - plenty of water, good selection of coffee, very firm mattress It was a quick Uber ride from the 30 St Station But.... it was not disclosed that it was a 3rd floor walk up. It limited my using the facility and I may not have rented it had I known The fees doubled the cost of my stay Though the bedside lamp had 2 plugs and USB ports, the ports were low voltage and not adequate for my iPad, and the plugs too close to the lamp fixture so my iPad AC adapter didn't fit -I had an extension cord for such instances so i was alright

Comfortable and convenient

Spacious for family of 4 with 2 teens. Convenient to Drexel and U Penn as well as to downtown. Not a far drive to Valley Forge or points northwest (highways nearby). No problems with street parking. We weren’t sure about the neighborhood at first but had no uncomfortable encounters and felt fine. Walk to the third floor is steep and not for the faint of heart. Clean, essentials provided, even some extras in fridge. Vincent checked in with us by email regularly to see if we needed anything.

The Best

I stayed here for work to avoid the holiday commute. It was conveniently located to local areas so I could get food to eat after work. The host had healthy choices of snacks that I could eat until my dinner order arrived. The place is clean, and the central air was a great addition as the weather outside was in the 90's. The space was nice and comfortable.

Modern accommodations in an historic neighborhood

Plenty of room for four adults and close to U of P. Provided all the amenities we needed and lots we didn't need but greatly appreciated. This third-floor walkup isn't for the feint of heart, but our group of 60-somethings managed just fine.

Loved our stay!

The house was exactly as the pictures! It was clean and comfortable! Basic needs that you may forget are provided and plentiful (toothbrushes, toothpaste, snacks, and more) We had issues retrieving the access code, I called the provided number and Vincent answered right away and personally texted me the information to access the property! He also provided additional information. The kids loved it and didn’t want to leave. We really wish we got there earlier as planned to enjoy this space longer. Would definitely book again and hopefully for longer!
