Ask us about our "Play Local Nashville Tour" to experience Nashville in a comfortable, private, luxurious shuttle that accommodates up to 13 passengers! We offer 8 different tour options to choose from.

Layout:
The first level of the home is comprised of a bedroom with a queen and full bed, and a full bathroom in the hallway. The second level of the home is comprised of the living room, kitchen, laundry room, full bathroom, and a bedroom with a full/queen bunk bed. The third floor of the home has a sitting room, primary bedroom with a king bed and en suite bathroom, as well as another bedroom with a queen bed and en suite bathroom. The 4th floor is comprised of the rooftop deck that has TV and ample seating. 

Parking:
There are 2 spots available in the garage. Street parking is also available on Cherokee.

The Neighborhood:
If you were looking for a laid-back, artsy section of Music City, you came to the right place. East Nashville is one of the coolest sections of the city and is a great place to stay. This historic neighborhood is a hub of arts, local music, award-winning dining, and craft beer. The east side is just across the river from downtown, and it's the perfect place to find local music, craft beer, boutique shopping, and incredible food.

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our 'no smoking' and 'no pets' policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.

Interactions with Guests:
We are so glad you are here and we want your stay with us to be comfortable, pleasant, and memorable! Please don't hesitate to contact us for anything! We can be reached during our operation hours of 8 a.m.-5 p.m. at the number that is provided to you at check in. Please also feel free to utilize the messaging system for non-urgent requests or needs. For real though, we all live locally and are around to answer questions about the listing or to simply offer recommendations on the best mimosa for brunch.

Rental Policy:
It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. If you fall into this exception, please message us before you book so that your stay will not be immediately cancelled.

Refund Policy:
By booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand that it is our policy to require a fully executed Non-Disparagement Agreement (NDA) prior to issuing any refund of any amount for any reason. Additionally, by booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund of any amount without fully executing this NDA.

By booking with Stay Local Nashville, I give permission to SafelyStay, Inc., to screen my identity, and check criminal databases in order to confirm my reservation.
