Great house for entertaining with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. With the ability to sleep 10-12 people (1 King, 4 Queens), you can have the whole family under the same roof! The house also has a fenced-in yard with two large decks and a Hot Tub which are perfect for relaxing.

With this rental, you will have: High Speed WiFi, cable, Netflix, open kitchen w/bar, gas grill, large dining & living rooms.... everything that you need to have a WONDERFUL time while you are in Nashville!!

There is plenty to do while you are here - for instance, this house is less than 1/4 miles from the farmers market, the bicentennial park, the new Nashville Sounds stadium (amateur league baseball), some of the cities HOTTEST restaurants (Germantown Cafe/Silo/Monell's/City House/The Mad Platter/312 Pizza/Rolf and Daughters/etc). You are also 1.4 miles away from Broadway if you are coming into town to celebrate or catch a concert/sporting event!

We loved our stay at the house. There was lots of room for our party and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The quality of the towels was great too. The only critic was that the dishes were super dirty when we arrived and we had to wash them all by hand before using them. We discovered that the water to the dishwasher was turned off, so that may explain it. Overall though, it was a wonderful experience and I would stay there again.

Great place to stay for a Nashville Weekend!

The house is so cute, clean, comfortable. The host is very helpful! Will definitely look to stay here again on further Nashville weekends!! Highly recommended!!!

A perfect house for a family getaway to Nashville

We stayed here over Christmas and it did not disappoint.The rooms downstairs were beautifully decorated for Christmas (thanks Mat and Kelly!) and when you're there for the holidays and packing so much, it really made all the difference to walk into a decorated house.Location is great! Nice residential neighborhood but and quick and easy uber to downtown Nashville.We did run into a couple of issues where the heat stopped working and the main bedroom toilet would keep running. Mat was quick to address the heat issue and was even going to have his guy come out Christmas Day. Since it was Christmas and wasn't freezing, we didn't want to put anyone out on the holiday and waited until the 26th.There was plenty of space for all of us and my only regret was that due to a family incident, we were not able to spend enough time at the house and test out the hot tub!There is no shortage of supplies to cook but I would bring any herbs/spices along if you plan on cooking.We would definitely come back and we appreciated being able to stay together as a family instead of being in a hotel.

Thanksgiving getaway

House was nice. Had several maintenance issues that we were not aware of. Needs updating. Probably would not have paid as much as we did if we would have known. But, we enjoyed being together as a family.

Great mini vacation

Property was clean and location was very close to downtown. Managers were easy to work with. Quiet neighborhood. Would stay at this property again.

The house was perfect for our group. Close enough to walk to broadway or a short Uber ride. Back porch great for morning coffee.

Amazing place to stay!

Mat's house was perfect for our group. We were a group of friends and family visiting Nashville to celebrate my 50th birthday. We were 7 and the house has a great layout and plenty of space for everyone and a good-sized living room for relaxing. Kitchen is large and is good for cooking meals. The hot tub was perfect after walking around all day. It is a 5 minute walk to the Farmers Market, which is fabulous. There is an indoor section with restaurants and shops and also an outdoor section with fresh produce and merchants selling their products, souvenirs, and other stuff. Check the website for their hours. The Old Town Trolley goes right by the Farmers market so very easy to get on that. House was also a 5 or so minute Uber ride to downtown Nashville where all the action is. It was great to be close by it, but having a quiet place to go when done. There are 2 grocery stores within a 15-20 minute walk or a 5-minute car ride. Great location! I'm also a short term rental host and definitely recommend Mat's house for your stay!

Girls trip

We flew in on Sunday, and enjoyed quick Uber rides downtown and into several attractions. The house is clean and the location was worth the money. Comfortable beds and a cold air conditioner!

All Girl's 50th Birthday Celebration Trip

This house is amazing , especially for larger groups. We had 8 ladies and there was plenty of space for us all. The open floor plan on the ground level made it easy for us to gather and socialize. The Kitchen is very spacious and had everything we needed. The deck was used area in the back was huge and was used a lot. There is a oversized hot tub that ws awesome after a long day of walking in Cowgirl Boots. We enjoyed lounging on the deck both day and night. All the bedrooms were large , enough bathroom space that we were all able to get ready for our nights on the town in a timely manner. We loved having the washer and dryer and laundry detergent . We were very close to Broadway maybe a 5 minute ride with uber. Publix is right down the road maybe a mile or so. We had absolutely no complaints what so ever.... Mat was very easy to communicate with and was very accommodating. Couldn't ask for a better Host. We will definitely reserve this house for our next girls trip to Nashville. 8 ladies and we all felt safe all the time. Neighbors were very friendly and helpful too. Highly recommend this property!!!! Buffy's 50th was a True Success!!!!!

Birthday I'll never forget

The property was absolutely amazing and so clean. It is exactly what I envisioned for my friends and I. I do have to say, we did have 2 people fall on the last step of the stairs going down, but both are okay and we all laugh about it now. (Do not recommend going down at night). It was an absolute blast. We were super close to everything and still far enough away to relax away from the downtown chaos. Thank you very much for everything! :)

Short stay

Our stay was nice, comfortable in quiet neighborhood. You could hear the train go by some nights, which wasnt bad. Home was a convenient walk to the farmers market, which was nice. Just a short uber ride to broadway. Had a great time. Mat was super nice, thoughtful and provided a helpful website as a giude to Nashville.
