Stayed with a group of 7 for a 40th birthday. Plenty of space for everyone and a shirt Lyft ride to downtown. Farmers market was a close walk and nice to visit for some down time. Host was very easy to contact when we noticed a few things and he took care of them right away. Host even left some tea and coffee at the house for us we had our own but was still a nice gesture.

We had an issue at check-in but the host ended up being very responsive and took care of the situation to above our expectations.The house was very nice, extremely well decorated and equipped. Great linens and towels. The location is nice and loved having the alley to be able to be picked up by Uber since there were a lot of steps at the front.

Mat was very accommodating super helpful. The Waverly enjoyed the house. I highly recommend staying there.

House was very clean in a good quiet neighborhood. The only issue we had was the hot tub was cold and never got above 80 until the day we left. There was only 1 roll of toilet paper and no garbage bags or cleaning supplies. If you book here make sure you bring your own supplies. Hot water was only enough for 2 showers at once and there was 8 of us.

This house is very cute inside and was perfect for our friend group of 8 adults! The location is amazing and very walkable to fun places in Germantown as well as Broadway. The owners are super responsive and couldn't have been more helpful. I highly recommend staying here for your Nashville visit!

The place was perfect for our spring break trip. It was very clean and had everything we needed to cook in the kitchen. The bathrooms had soap and shampoo. We had a little problem with the upstairs AC, but it was attended to very quickly and we were overall very satisfied!

Hot tub was great, AC was very cold, was there for 1 week with 9 adults and had 6 rolls of toilet paper (not enough), only 1 roll of paper towels, shower in upstair hall way bathroom sucked(temp regulator was either scalding hot or freezing cold), un-maintained deck and in places un-safe.

We enjoyed our stay at Mat’s place with a couple of minor exceptions. The upstairs shower was temperamental and switched from hot to cold and back every couple of minutes; the master and downstairs did not have this issue. The other issue was the lack of dinner forks, there were 3. Aside from those couple of minor details the location was great, the house was great, and it was exactly what we were looking for.
