Tranquil Oasis, Golf Course Views Near Beach

Tranquil Renovated two-story townhome overlooking golf course. Quick walk or bike ride to beach. This spacious unit features a modern, open kitchen (recently renovated with high end appliances) and living space that leads out onto a private deck which includes lounge chairs and table to enjoy your morning coffee or dinner. Living space includes a queen size pull out couch and a large screen smart TV with numerous streaming services. A half bath is located off the entry hallway. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the unit for our guests's use. Upstairs guests will find the Master Suite with queen bed, full modern bath, and lofted ceilings. The bedroom has abundant natural light and overlooks the Seabrook Island Club Crooked Oaks golf course.

Expansive views of golf course and lagoon. Downstairs living area has a smart TV with numerous streaming services, traditional broadcast and blue ray….plus high speed internet!

LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this rental, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included. Beach towels are not included (although towel service is available at the Beach Club.)

WASHER & DRYER: A washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know.

COFFEE MAKER: Single Serve & Carafe Coffee Maker on site. (BYO ground coffee for carafe or use provided Keurig K-cups. Assortment of creamers and sugars/sweeteners available)

AMENITY CARDS: Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club, dining club, tennis and award winning golf. Without this card, access is prohibited. The cards are $50 per day per family. Guests also have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. The fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone.

CAR PASSES: This property is limited to passes for 2 vehicles per stay. As of January 2023, the island is assessing a car pass fee of $45 per guest vehicle. This fee will be assessed to the renter.

ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access.

CHECK IN: We offer as much assistance with check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions. Our team can provide self check-in instructions for your convenience, or we can arrange for someone to meet you at the door if you prefer. If you need anything at all, we can be reached via text or phone and our office and team of staff are located on the island most all of the time.

CONTINUOUS MANAGEMENT & SERVICE: This property is proudly managed by Sandpiper. We are located on the island, are licensed, insured, and family operated. Our standard for your stay is what we would want and expect for our own vacation. We offer guests continuous, attentive service during the reservation process and throughout your time here. From the moment you book with us, in planning and preparing for your arrival, throughout your stay with us, and even after checking out and sharing your experience with us, we remain committed to your vacation experience and are here at any time to answer any questions that arise or concerns you have. We want you to have a relaxing, safe, and memorable trip.

CLEANING: We do not clean to make our properties appear clean. We really clean well. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. We have a reputation for thoroughness and attention to detail. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of germs.

THE AREA: Guests will find that the area offers so much to do. With vast, uncrowded beaches, an array of recreational offerings, and the historic city of Charleston just 21 miles away, an adventure awaits you daily.

IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Free cancellations up to 30 days before your stay..

LONG-TERM RENTALS: This property is open to winter monthly rentals and long-term rentals. Please contact us for discounted monthly rental rates.

PET POLICY: No pets permitted

DAMAGE PROTECTION INSURANCE: In understanding that accidents may happen, all Guests must pay a non-refundable fee of $69 for $1500 coverage in Damage Protection Insurance.

POLICY ON SMOKING: Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 15 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside.

PARTIES: THIS IS an ideal property for making memories but this is NOT A PARTY PROPERTY.

Very nice

Good time

Everything was really great. My wife experienced a lot of red marks on her body during the stay and we think it may be from bed bugs, since the bedding is washed after every stay you might want to check the mattress. If that is not the problem please let us know so we can figure out what the problem might be

Key problem

The electric key system works only part of the time. The key left to use is helpful, but I still struggled with the lock sometimes.

Perfect stay

On the 8th green on Ocean Course golf course. We loved this condo. Just big enough for two, my hubby and I. Great decor & upgraded condo throughout. We enjoyed staying here for the week. We absolutely loved Seabrook Island as well. Can’t wait to come back!!
