Welcome to the serenity of Seabrook Island in this gorgeous marsh-front setting.

Seabrook has very little light pollution so the dark is dark with tons of stars visible at night. The bed is a king-sized sleep number bed! Pick your own comfort level!

The best entertainment might just be watching the wildlife of the marsh from the screened porch. There is so much to see and do, (or relax - and not), you probably don't need this - but just in case; both TVs are internet connected and offer access to any subscription that you use (Netflix, etc.) in addition to hundreds of SamsungTV live channel options! We also supply adult bikes to tour the islands and beach chairs for relaxing.

The kitchen is well-appointed with a Keurig Duo coffee maker (which accommodates both filtered and K-cups so bring your favorites), dishes, pots, pans, electric tea-pot, microwave, etc...

The sofa is a pull-out queen bed so the place will sleep 4 comfortably.

Bay Point Villas are conveniently located at the entrance to Seabrook making them easily accessible to the various bars, restaurants, and shopping at nearby Bohicket Marina and Freshfields Village. The beaches and all of the Seabrook amenities are an easy bike ride or a short drive (about 4 miles) and downtown Charleston is about 45 minutes away.

The gated Bay Pointe Villas community has a kayak-launch/crabbing dock with seating. We also have a small private pool.

Staying with us provides access to the entire resort experience. Seabrook Island Club amenities include horseback riding, golf, tennis, dining, the Beach Club, Island House, and the club pools. The added cost is $50/day or $300/week in the high season for an amenity card for the family. The club charges additional fees for some activities. All guests have free access to the beaches and island anyway and with so many activities in the greater Charleston area, you have the option to forego the Club if you wish. The Club Amenity Card office is conveniently located at the entrance to Landfall Way (the street you are staying on).

Perfect location great property

We enoyed our three night stay. The unit is exactly as described and communication with the owner very good. We enjoyed the quiet and the kitchen facilities are excellent. Would stay again.

This was our third time staying at this condo and it was perfect as always!!!I truly am grateful for such a clean and beautiful property to spend some time.It’s very obvious the owner cares!We enjoyed the Island House for workouts and lap swimming!Biking to the grocery store was a plus!

Great relaxing stay!

Wonderful place. Clean, safe, looked exactly like the pictures. It was fun sitting on the patio, and the community was very quiet. Host was helpful and friendly. Right across from a shopping village. Java Java was great coffee and Freshfields was a nice place to walk around. Easy trip into Charleston as well.

Great stay!

The unit was very clean, updated, and well maintained. The marsh views were beautiful and having the dock to fish and the pool so close were a plus. This is our second time staying at this unit and we had another wonderful stay. Book this unit, pack your bags, and ENJOY!

Perfect lowcountry stay

We loved our stay at Charlie’s place so much that we extended our trip two days! The condo was pristine and aptly furnished. The bed is incredibly comfortable. Although the drive to downtown, Mt P and Folly was a bit long, there were many days we didn’t leave the island because we didn’t need to! We used the bikes to explore Seabrook & Freshfields Village, and spent a lot of time at the lake house. Charlie was a phenomenal host, and super prompt in responding to our questions. Would love to return in the future!

Comfy and Beautiful

Seabrook Island is the perfect place to enjoy nature and peace. This property has gorgeous marsh views, is super clean and newly decorated. The decor is gorgeous and modern, with a well-stocked kitchen. Very close to Freshfield Village restaurants and shops, with great biking and walking paths. We would definitely return.

Relaxing vacation

My husband and I enjoyed our week at Charlie’s condo. This is our fourth year vacationing here! It is a peaceful spot overlooking the marsh, where you can watch the tides change while you drink your coffee or sip your wine. The condo is very clean and has everything you need. The beach is expansive and only a 10 minute drive away where you can walk to see the dolphins strand or just set up your chair and enjoy the sun. Charleston is just 40 minutes away. This is a great spot to relax!

We would recommend

Very clean and quiet condo. Away from the hustle and bustle but, close to everything you want to see. Had everything we needed. The only thing we didn't like was the$225/ person/ week extra to use amenities of Seabrook. We didn't do that.

Short Stay

We only had a short stay at this beautiful property, and are already checking to see when we can return. Upon arrival, the cleanliness of the condo and the care that is poured into this space is evident. The natural beauty of the surrounding scenery creates a relaxing atmosphere that entices both a sense of adventure and kicking up your heels. Charlie, the host, was incredible to work with and very responsive. We look forward to another trip soon.

Peaceful and Relaxing

My husband and I have stayed at Charlie's several times and always enjoy our time there. The condo is always clean and supplied with everything you need. Charlie or Sarah are easy to reach and quick to respond if you need them for anything. We love sitting in the screened porch and listening to all the sounds the marsh has to offer while watching the sunset. It is so peaceful and relaxing. Thank you so much Charlie for allowing us to stay in your home. We will definitely be back for another little get a way whenever we have a chance.

Loved this place!

We have spent a lot of time on Seabrook island and this condo is now our favorite place to stay! The marsh views are amazing any time of day but especially in the evenings. There is a dock right by the condo that is perfect to view the sunset with a glass of wine. The condo itself is beautifully decorated and spotless. We cooked several nights and found everything we needed was provided. I can not say enough good things about our host. There was a problem with one of the bikes and Charlie had it replaced first thing the next morning. Excellent communication. We will book this condo again and again!

Relaxing retreat!!

This was the 2nd time my husband and I have stayed at this Villa and as always, it was wonderful! It is such a great place to come and relax. We love being able to sit on the screened in porch and listen to the sounds of the marsh. Everything is always clean and comes stocked with everything you need. Seabrook Island is such a great place to visit and always has some form of Wildlife available for your viewing. We actual saw a Piebald Deer on this visit which was a first for us. It is a rare form of the Whitetail Deer.......beautiful!! We also saw a Flying squirrel.....another first for us! Charlie is always great and easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back for another restful retreat!

Beautiful Island

The condo is exactly as listed. Everything was spotless upon arrival. Several suggestions 1) is that there be some serving utensils. A spatula was the only serving utensil available. 2) is that there would be more than 2 teaspoons. Two very minor items. We loved walking the island and the beach! It’s a very quiet, peaceful place. The dolphins were stranding one of the days at the inlet, which were told is a rare experience. Totally awesome! I definitely recommend this island and condo for any couple wanting a peaceful getaway!

Beautiful and Serene

The condo was very spacious for 2. Very clean which is at the top of my list. Charlie was very quick to respond. The whole area was high end. Take a day to explore the area there is so much. A short drive away there is a huge resort pool by the beach that you have to pay extra for. To pricey for us. So we used the smaller pool just steps from our condo. Only complaint is the pool is warm because of the high 90 heat. So although nice i was looking for refreshing. Still used it. I didnt think of marshes as a view but I was wrong it was really beautiful. Only suggestion is maybe a floor fan for the living room. Air works great but a fan would circulate the air. We will be back for sure. Oh first time in South Carolina and it really was great

Wedding on Kiawah

We recently stayed here to attend a wedding at Kiawah. The condo was perfect! It was very clean, the marsh views were spectacular and the long dock a treat at sunset. The bikes were perfect, in good working order, which isn’t always the case at rentals. The location was perfect for us, being near tennis, the fitness center, the French bakery and the beautiful equestrian center. The only thing that we had an issue with and is no reflection of the property is the amenity fee structure. When you go to a resort and pay a resort fee, it always includes certain things. Here the amenity fee is more of an opportunity for access and to pay more. There is an additional charge for tennis, the fitness center and even for a towel at the pool! The golf club restaurant was wonderful and so was the informal beach restaurant, which you are not permitted to eat at unless you purchase an amenity card.

This is the unsung hero of vacation rentals - it is on the river-side of the island. Arguably better than the beach in that it has tons of wildlife right outside your door taking advantage of the ebb and flow of the tidal marsh. It is very convenient to everything that the island has to offer yet is quiet and peaceful.
