1 Bedroom 2 Bath Condo at The Regency Towers in Panama City Beach! Best Location at the Regency Towers, on the West end of the building.

Regency Towers is one of the well-established resorts with Great Amenities at a budget price! Great family resort lots for kids and adults to do on property and nearby. 2 large pools, Indoor Hot Tub Spa, Tiki Bar between the pools, 2 large grilling areas, and shuffleboard courts are on site. There is over 650 feet of sugar white beachfront for you to enjoy.

Regency Towers Beach Resort Is located on the east end of Panama City Beach. It is 1 mile west of St Andrews State Park, 3 Marinas with deep sea fishing charters, pontoon boat / Jet Ski rentals. There are many local restaurants nearby such as J Michael’s, Grand Marlin, Capt. Anderson’s Famous Seafood, Sisters of The Sea & Dive Bar, Patches Bar and Grille, Billy’s Oyster Bar and Schooners Last Local’s Beach Club and Open Air Restaurant on the beach. Just a 2.5 miles east of the Mega Beach Clubs Spinnaker, Club LaVela and Hammer Head Fred's.

$40 Per Condo Regency Towers Resort Registration fee is collected at time of check in to issue parking passes and pool ID bands. This fee covers 1 parking pass, for an extra it is $15.
Each renter will be issued 2 parking passes maximum. When we reach 70%(+) occupancy(Summer and busy weeks), then renters will be issued ONE pass for the inside lot regardless of occupancy of condo.


Final Payment for accommodations must be received 30 days prior to arrival. Exceptions made for last minute bookings.

Extra person charges may apply if the total number of people are increased after the initial reservation.

Great place for the price.The electrical outlets have issue in that you can't plug 3-progged plugs into them as they've been installed sloppily. The dryer vent appears to have not been emptied in a couple years. We pulled out a few inches of lint but were unable to completely clean it out.

We had a great stay here at 605 regency towers. Everything was just as described and we had no issues during our stay. I’d like to mention if you have back issues this probably isn’t the bed for you, it could definitely use an upgrade but all in all everything else was amazing. We will probably be booking in the future if we come back to PCB.

The listing is accurate. It is a wonderful corner condo with cute furnishings. The kitchen was adequately stocked and plenty of linens provided. A few cons to mention are the door handle going from livingroom to patio is broken on the inside making it very hard to open door, there was not a broom available to keep floors clean and no boxspring under the mattress that contributing to the mattress sagging in the middle. The shower in the main bathroom does not drain well at all and the paper holder in that bathroom is only 1/2 installed. We loved the location.

In the master bathroom, the shower started coming up to my ankles. It would not drain. I pulled the drain up. It was disgusting under there. There were roaches in the kitchen area. The area rug in the living room was disgustingly dirty. The recliner in the living room had a huge hole in the seat of it. The only thing good I can say about this condo and I stay in lots of condos is that the refrigerator was very cold and the bed was comfortable. The washer was very small and the dryer my husband had to fix so we could dry clothes overall I rate this condo a two if you’re just looking for a place to sleep that’s OK.

Clean and comfy condo with awesome beach view. We had to contact maintenance and they replied immediately and took care of minor issue. We will definitely rent here again!

Husband and I enjoyed our stay. Condo was well furnished. Bed was super comfortable. Loved having a large parking lot rather than a parking garage. Chairs on balcony were nice and we enjoyed the views. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about our 6 night stay and we will definifely book this condo again.

Great get away

Great place to stay. It was clean and well stocked. Also staying on the 6th floor is a good choice. Everyone at the complex was nice and very helpful. They have a bar between the two pools that serves great food and cold drinks.

Amazing view of sunset!

This property was perfect for us. Clean and roomy and the bed was very comfortable. You can’t beat the view from this unit! Would definitely get this unit again.

Right on The Beach

The property was clean, well maintained, friendly staff at Bikini Bob's and their food and drinks were really good. Wonderful view of the beach, ocean and sunsets from the patio and living room. I will return next year.

Regency Towers

Just spent a week here on the quieter side of PCB and will certainly be back. Unit was exactly as advertised, booking and check in were a breeze. The unit is perfect for two people with plenty of space and a wonderful balcony to watch the sunsets from. The complex has two pools and a great little bar/grill.

Overall, our stay was great. The room was spacious for two people, and the view from the balcony was wonderful. However, both sliding doors did not lock, and there were socks leftover from the guests before us in the living room. The master bedroom was awesome! We enjoyed our stay!

Regency Towers Resort itself is excellent. However, our condo had many problems:The dryer lint box was filled with over an inch of lint and the screen behind it was jammed with lint. Definite fire hazard. When we ran the dryer, water condensed on the air conditioner vet on the wall and water ran down the wall. Bed mattress was terrible-sunken in middle, sits on thin board, squeaked with every movement. Rusty steak knives. Master bath shower did not drain well. Had to stand in 2 inches of water each time we showered. Electrical outlets in both bathrooms didn't work. No hairdryer in either bathroom. I had to go out and buy my own. I've never rented any place that did not provide one. There were no dish towels/rags in kitchen; no hand towels in bathrooms. Patio had sand all over it and furniture was rusty. Large back burner on stove not working. Rotten fruit found in sink disposal. We were told there was a Keurig coffee pot, but there was not. We received a text during our stay to move patio furniture inside due to tropical storm! We are in our 60's and not able to move furniture; plus the main sliding door was extremely hard to move and handle looked like it was ready to break. We had to use the bedroom door to get to the balcony. A burn hole the size of a baseball was on the seat of the reclining chair.Clearly the owner of this condo has minimal interest in presenting a well-cared for property. We will definitely not stay in this unit again, nor do we recommend it.

Regency Towers PCB

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay. We wished that at the booking we were told of the construction going on on the condo property. Very loud, dirty and construction workers on site. I notified the property manager and had numerous conversations but they did not offer any compensation for this. It was clearly posted on property that this was a scheduled construction and all owners were notified. We would like a partial refund for this inconvenience on our vacation.

condo at Panama

The view was awesome. We could see the ocean on one side of the balcony and the city on the other. The kitchen needed some new nonstick skillets & bigger utensils to cook with. The lights in the hallway & bedrooms were not working right. overall we enjoyed it! thank you & God bless!

Great stay

Me and my wife had a great stay here. We had trouble checking in and reaching the property manager when we were attempting to check in. We had to call the helpline in order to get the email for all the check in information. It took several hours before we even got a response from the manager. However once we got checked in it was perfect. We had a great view of the water and all the restaurants we went to were close by.
