One of Folly's Best! The Champagne Cottage is a two bedroom two bath peaceful getaway with all the comforts of home and a quick walk to the 4th street beach access. This home’s open living area invites in plenty of natural light, boasts original hardwood throughout, and has a kitchen stocked with all the tools you need to make a wonderful meal. A Smart TV is available to kick back and stream your favorite shows. Outside you will be able to enjoy a fully fenced yard while you have your morning coffee on the porch. Champagne Cottage does not allow pets.

This house can be booked with its sister property, McGee's Folly.

It was so nice to be within walking distance of the beach and also to the eating establishments on the island. The house itself was very homey and comfortable. We would definitely stay again in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was very clean and tidy. It was in a quiet location and steps away from the beach. Host was very helpful with good communication. Looking forward to staying again sometime in the future!

The house was nice. Location good. The”owners” were worried about a bicycle that I rented. Kinda made a big deal about it. Felt like they were watching me after that. Intrusive for a vacation rental.

Nice little place with a great location.

There was the right amount of space for 4 people. The value was excellent considering the price and the location and we would stay here again.

Great location

We enjoyed our recent visit to Champagne Cottage. The home was nicely furnished and the perfect size for my husband, son, and I. It was a short walk to the beach as well as 0.5 mile walk to many great local restaurants.

House was very clean and definitely a very nice organizes kitchen with everything needed to prepare any meal. The welcome bag that was there for us was most appreciated. Definitely recommend this property.l

The best place ever!

This was absolutely the best place we have stayed so far. The house was the perfect size for the four of us. I was beautifully decorated and really felt like we were staying in someone’s personal home. The location was just right. Two blocks from the beach and a short pleasant walk to shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again!
