Sweet Coralina sleeps up to six guests with a unique five‑bed setup: a split king adjustable bed, a queen bed, a twin XL, and two twin pull‑outs. The home includes a full kitchen, living room, large sunroom, washer/dryer, all linens (bed, bath, and beach), and beach gear for your stay.
Dining & Local Flavor
Center Street is just minutes away and offers a wide range of dining options — seafood, Italian, Mexican, sandwiches, pizza, and classic Lowcountry favorites. Whether you want a casual bite or a sit‑down dinner, Folly’s food scene has something for everyone.
Nightlife & Entertainment
Folly’s nightlife is relaxed, friendly, and walkable. Enjoy live music, island cocktails, karaoke, trivia, or simply people‑watching at the local bars. The mix of locals and visitors creates a fun, easygoing atmosphere. On your way home, swing by Bert’s for a late‑night snack or drink.

Home away from home plus location, location, location. Very comfortable home with plenty of comfortable seating. Kitchen has everything to prepare good meals if you are so inclined. All the beds are comfortable. Two full bathrooms are a plus. It’s a two minute walk to the beach. Bert’s Market is a one minute walk and has everything you may need. The proprietor, Tammy, was a dream to work with. Very enjoyable experience.

Great location & great stay
This was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect for the beach and easy to get to Charleston. You can tell there was a lot of time and effort put into making this a great stay.

We had an amazing stay at Sweet Carolina! This cute and cozy beach house had everything we needed (and more) for a comfortable and welcoming visit. The host communicated clearly ahead of time, which made for a smooth and easy stay. We didn’t have any issues come up during our visit, but we felt confident we could reach out if needed. For the price, the location truly couldn’t be better—fantastic beach access and close to restaurants, the grocery store, and shops. We’d absolutely stay here again!

This is our family’s new favorite vacation rental!! Perfect location in town-walk to live music and just a short path to the beach. The house is so cute and was immaculate upon our arrival. It’s also very well stocked-Tammy has thought of everything! She’s a wonderful host; you can tell she really cares about the property and wants her guests to enjoy their experience. We’ll be back!

Perfect Folly Beach Stay
We were really happy with the place. The location can not be beat with the proximity to Bert's and the Beach. The house was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable too! Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic getaway!
We had a great time with our family, including two teenage boys, at this fantastic property! The house was immaculate, close to the beach and had all the amenities you need for a vacation stay!

Wonderful property w/ super responsive owner!
Property was ideal for the 4 of us, and the owner (Tammy) responded within minutes for any questions/concerns we had. Location was better than we could have ever imagined, and we won’t hesitate to stay here again the next time we plan a trip to Folly Beach!

This home was great! Located a 2 minute walk to beach. Home had a fully stocked kitchen, nice furnishings, and more beach gear than you could carry. I would definitely book again.

Great location!
We enjoyed our stay at Sweet Corolina! The location was perfect. Truly an easy quick walk to the beach. We were happy there were beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. Great communication with the owner!

Amazing stay
Tammy was super responsive, always responded fast and gave lots of ideas on what to do around the area. House was clean, kids had board games and toys (even cars!) to play with. Very close to the beach, just wish it was a tad warmer when we were there! Loved our stay!

Perfect Location
This charming beach home had everything we needed to enjoy several days in Folly! You can’t beat the location - the beach access was so close and such an easy walk. We parked our car and walked everywhere! Thank you for sharing your home.

Nice and Relaxed Vacation!
We were really enjoyed our vacation in Folly Beach. The property's location was two blocks walking to the beach, the pier and main street of Folly Beach. It also provided easy access driving to downtown Charleston and other islands nearby. The property was cleaned and had everything we need, and the host, Tammy, was very responsive. Overall, it was a nice and relaxed vacation!

Excellent location!
Tammy was wonderful to work with and very easy to communicate with. You couldn’t ask for a better location-it was right across the street from the beach and you could walk downtown. The property itself was very clean and had plenty of towels. Air conditioning worked really well. Perfect for an adult getaway or even a family trip. Overall a great stay!

Island Life
This home was everything we could have wanted and then some. Very comfortable and convenient to the beach and town. Easy travel to Charleston and surrounding areas. Tammy was very prompt in returning our text, so appreciated ❣️
We would highly recommend Tammy’s home.

Nice little cottage
We stayed here for 6 weeks while renovating our home. It had everything we needed and we were very comfortable. The location is fantastic…so close to the beach and downtown Folly. We walked everywhere. Tammy is a wonderful host. Thanks for sharing your home.

Cute with great location!
Nice cottage. There was plenty of room for my husband and I and our 2 grown children. We walked to the beach and all Folly attractions. We loved that all linens, towels and kitchen utensils were provided. Also that Tammy provided a beach umbrella, chairs and boogie boards!

Why Folly? I visited Folly Beach once and I was I hooked and quickly found myself searching for property. Besides the obvious of the beach, ocean, sunrises, sunsets, and restaurants, it's the people I have run into in the area that make it even more special.
During your stay, my home will be your home! Since I enjoy comfort, relaxation, tranquility, simplicity, cleanliness, and a tad of luxury, I wouldn't expect my guests to have a different experience. I self-manage and most often, it will be me directly you are communicating with, not a rental agency!
