We had a great stay for our third summer at Folly! The host was very accommodating and the communication was great, even during a storm they kept us up to date with information. Great place to stay!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was just steps from the beach, which made it so easy to spend our days on the sand. Downtown Folly was super close too. Everything was walkable, from restaurants to shops, so we hardly needed the car.The host was fantastic. Communication was quick and clear, and they were very attentive throughout our stay, which made everything smooth and stress-free.We loved the area and the house, and we're already hoping to come back again in the future. Highly recommend!

Exceptionally clean unit in great location. Parked our vehicles and never needed them until time to leave. Enjoyed our stay despite weather not cooperating.

Great location. Across the street from the beach and a block from the main strip. Right by a really cool market that serves great sandwiches. We would definitely stay again!

Great stay in Folly!!!

The unit was great and exactly was outlined. Great flow to the unit and the location is second to none being close to the beach, as well as downtown Folly. Definitely will rent again!

Fabulous location

The condo itself was great - especially the deck that goes with this unit. But, the location is fantastic. Easy access and close to the beach and only a block from the stores and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.

Close proximity to all the essentials:1- Beach2- Pier3- Bert’s4 - Restaurants / Bars5- Clean, well-stocked condo6- Great service - touched base during stay via text.Recommendation - need to have trees cut back around the house, scratching the roof and sides of the condo when wind gets gusty - still overall great stay!

Location was great. Place is spacious. The guest bed was not comfortable. The main bedroom bed was. The place could have been cleaner but we really enjoyed our stay. They location and patio area were top notch!

Great stay!

Location - on point!! Steps from the sand & Bert’s market, and a block from Center street. Enjoyed chilling on the deck. Well equipped kitchen and comfy beds. Looking forward to coming back!
