This ground floor apartment is located just a few steps from public beach access and only 3 blocks from restaurants & bars. You can enjoy a day on the beach and the evening dining at one of the many locally owned eateries, each with its own unique style. Access is via coded lockbox. Amenities include a washer & dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, off street parking, as well as a flat screen TV with cable and free Wi-Fi. We look forward to meeting you and hope you enjoy your stay at Folly Beach! This apartment has its own entrance as well as off-street parking. NOTE: This property is registered & licensed by the city of Folly Beach as a vacation rental: Registration #STR25-A0030, License # LIC004179.

The property was in an amazing location right across from the beach. The kitchen was stocked with items and beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed breezes on the back patio during afternoon storms. We would definitely like to return here in the future.

The house was easy to locate and the proximity to the beach couldn’t have been more convenient for our family. Our youngest is 2 and oldest 17. We were very comfortable as a family of 6. Sleeping arrangements would have been better had we brought an air mattress. One teenager slept on the couch and said it was very comfortable. Other than that we thought the space was very well kept and welcoming. We enjoyed sitting on the front patio with our morning coffee, listening to the waves and feeling the breeze.

The location of this VRBO is steps from the beach. It was very clean. Very convenient. It was great having a parking spot. Definitely would stay again

Perfect location!!!

This rental was perfect for my family girls trip !! The location is perfect!! Not even a 5 minute walk !! We were also close enough to the shops to walk. Loved it ! Will stay again !

Apt was very clean and a few steps to beach. Was a quiet area when we stayed. We had trouble with getting only a few stations on TV and couldn’t get access to Netflix as indicated we would be able to. Beds and furniture very comfortable. Small apt but adequate for couples or small families

Perfect Location

Perfect location for a charleston trip. 1 minute walk to the beach and a short walk to the main strip of great restaurants and bars. Woke up every morning to have coffee and watch the sunrise on the beach.

This property was in a perfect location. Beach access right across street. 3 block walk to Folly Beach restaurants & shops. Easy drive into Charleston.

Perfect location. Very clean and functional.

We just had the pleasure of spending a long weekend at this lovely place. It was perfect for my fiancee and I. For where it is, and the price we paid, it can't be beat. It is steps away from the beach, and it has everything you need for a great stay at the beach. The condo is nicely decorated and was very clean. We will surely stay there again in the future.

We’ll be back!

This is the second time we’ve rented this home. It is perfect for our family of four. The location is perfect! Right across the street from the beach and only a few blocks from center street! We will definitely be back!!!

No fuss, no frills - Excellent location.

It is just what we were looking for. Everything you need - nothing that you don’t. You can’t beat the location. We were so happy when we realized it was literally a 45 second walk to get to our chairs on the beach. Loved this vacation.

This place was just as described, and was perfect for us. Great location to the beach and walking distance to the town. Less than 30 minute drive into Charleston. Plenty to do for us and my 21 year old son. He had the best time!!

Beach across the Street

This place is perfect for a small family to stay. The beach is just across the road. Very easy access to the ocean. Only a couple of blocks from Main Street. The owners of the property are available at the drop of a hat. We will be staying here again.

Girls trip

The location of this property was perfect. Close enough to walk to restaurants and stores. The beach was right across the street with public access. The property could use a little TLC with new bedroom furniture but in all it was OK.

Also, The Lost Dog Cafe offers a unique atmosphere along with an awesome menu of breakfast items - it's very popular with locals as well as visitors so come early!
