Very clean and well appointed - wasn't missing anything a guest would need! Quiet neighborhood. Host was very accommodating of our travel schedule and let us check in early. A very nice stay in a very comfortable property!

The house was perfect for our mini family reunion. Very clean and well-appointed with all of the necessities. It is conveniently located close to Sloans Lake and lots of fun activities, and a close drive to both downtown and the mountains.

Listing had a steam shower and a grill but neither were available or working. Inaccurate listing.

Unfortunately, this was a difficult guest to host. The concerns raised were about amenities that were never listed in the property description, and one outdated photo was corrected as soon as it was brought to our attention. Despite our communication throughout the stay, there was an expectation of compensation for amenities that were not advertised. Additionally, the group used every spare towel and extra set of sheets in the house, creating significantly more laundry and turnover work than expected. Based on this experience, I would not host this guest again.

Great stay at a wonderful property!

A group of friends and myself stayed at this property for the weekend and it had everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfy, and the location was great!

Great place to stay

We stayed over Thanksgiving,it was perfect. We had 2 family's and had plenty of room. The view from the balcony upstairs is beautiful at night. The location was perfect, close to everything. Would definitely rent again.

Great House!

We came in town for the Zach Bryan concert and had a wonderful stay! Comfortable beds, awesome house, great views and wonderful location! Street parking is true but it was never an issue! Would recommend and stay again!!😊

Nice property. Plenty of space for the 4 of us. Everything was clean and tidy. Parking is on street but no issues finding a spot in front. Check in was easy with digital lock. Check out was quick as well. Nice centrally located area to downtown or mountains.

Beautiful home, Great location!

We stayed in this home for a week when we were in town for my daughter’s softball tournament. It’s a beautiful house and looked exactly like the pictures. Great location! The house was very clean and very updated.

Modern and spacious

We were in town for a quick weekend trip with our family. This was the perfect modern, clean, comfortable, and spacious house for all of us. It was in a quiet neighborhood just outside of downtown Denver, within 5 miles of so many activities and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

The kitchen was a fancy kitchen. All the amenities were excellent. The bedrooms were very comfortable for my family. Bathrooms were great. The thermostat for the heater wasn't working but I got a hold of the owner and he sent the manager right over to take care of it, his name is Michael and he was super nice and helpful. The home is so beautiful. The yard is fantastic. The upper deck was great with a view of the city. We wenr for the Broncos and Cowboys game and the walk to the stadium wasn't very far, about a 30 minute walk. Overall I fully recommend this property!

The house was pretty clean, but the sheets were very rough and I have bites on my legs after staying in the basement. There was construction going on next door, which isn’t a huge deal but was a little bit annoying For the price I paid over the weekend. I think there should’ve been softer sheets and a notice of construction.

Thank you for your feedback. I appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. I’m glad to hear the house was clean. I just bought brand-new, 100% cotton sheets, which can sometimes feel firmer before they’ve been washed multiple times. Regarding the bug bites, I was not aware of any issues, as we live in the home and have not encountered this ourselves. As for the nearby construction, we understand how that could have been inconvenient and I am happy to report they are nearing completion.

Denver vacation

Our family had a great time at this property. We used it as a home base to explore Rocky Mountain National Park, Red Rocks and the city of Denver. The train is conveniently located to the property for easy access to Downtown Denver and was only a 20 minute drive from Red Rocks. Shopping and restaurants are less than 5 minutes away. The appliances in the kitchen are top notch and the home had plenty of space for our family to spread out and relax. We would love to come back on our next trip to Colorado😀

House was nice and clean. Need to have night stands by beds and larger trash cans. Neighbor hood very mixed and ladies didn’t feel safe walking.

Denver Weekend Stay

The property was overall clean however appears to have some settling issue as noticed several cracks mostly in the lower level and some doors were hard to open! The street parking is definitely an issue as well as some construction on nearby property was being done!

I'm sorry you didn't enjoy your stay as much as we'd hope. The home sits on caissons, which is perfectly safe. What you are seeing is changing temperatures in Denver from extreme cold to extreme heat, causing the look in the drywall. This has been addressed. The construction is constant in Denver and the home next door is finished. We hope you give us another shot next time you're in Denver. Thank you.

Awesome Denver Location

We were in town for our daughter’s wedding with several family members. Awesome location, plenty of easy street parking, excellent communication with the owner, well-appointed, comfortable beds and amazing kitchen. The only reason for 4 stars was that the AC blew and it was 100 degrees the day before the wedding. It was fixed less than 24 hours later and we were very appreciative. There is also limited seating on the main floor, no curtains or shades in the basement bedroom and no door on the uostairs bedroom. Other than that…awesome VRBO!
