We enjoyed our stay for a girls weekend at this condo! Pool was nice! Room was easy to find and check into. Host was quick to respond to questions the night before. Highly recommend!

Loved this place. It was quiet and comfortable and so close to the beach. I enjoyed my stay. The hosts communicated quickly and easily. If I come back to Orange Beach I will definitely look here first.

The condo was a perfect location, right on the outskirts of the main drag. The beach access and pool were amazing especially with younger children we were traveling with. The host was very responsive to any question we had and I will definitely book this for a small family vacation again.

The condo was very nice , clean, and easily accessible. The Owner even called to let me know we could check in early, which was very nice since apparently other hosts charge for early check-in. Very close to the beach and pool area. Would definitely recommend.

We were scheduled during the hurricane and the host kept in touch with us about the possible issues and closures. He informed us to come on Sunday instead of Saturday and stay another day, which worked out great. The place had everything that you need if you are a cook at home family like it. Close stores, fresh seafood house across the street that will even steam your seafood. Quick beach access with it only being 3 floors. Not much of a beach view if that is a deal killer. But if you are like us and spend all day at the beach anyway, then it will do just fine. I would for sure stay here again. My only comment is that the need to upgrade their patio furniture for drinking morning coffee, bloody marys and night caps. lolDidn't get in the pool, but others seemed to enjoy it. I did use the charcoal grill and they were in good shape. Area around the dumpsters were kept clean. Room was clean.

The host was very prompt, professional, kind and gracious. The condo is 1 min from the beach, w spectacular views of the beach and pool. Very clean, organized and has exceptional appliances and other necessities provided such as cookware, cutting boards (fridge has an ice maker), large and efficient microwave, extra blankets, and beautiful ocean Tommy Bahama decor. My husband and I will definitely be staying again the end of this year, and/or first of next year, Going forward, this is the only condo in Orange Beach we will be booking w for our future travel needs while visiting Alabama. The condo literally feels like home, and very nostalgic. I felt like I was living in Santa Monica as part of the “Three’s Company” crew from late 1970’s early 80’s famous sitcom!

An adorable and comfortable property! We loved the very easy beach access and the covered parking - perfect for staying cool on hot Summer days. A nice touch inside the condo was the number of charging stations set up throughout. Made it so much easier to keep everyone's devices organized. We also really enjoyed the smaller size of the building. Fewer units means less crowd on the beach and makes it easy to navigate.The owner, Tom, kept communication open and responsive. We really appreciated that!

Before arrival, the instructions and communication is great! Everything worked just as said. The condo was very clean and all of the furniture was newer and comfortable. There are USB outlets everywhere which is so nice not having to have the dreaded "block" for your chargers. There was plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, and other items to make it where you don't have to go to the store right away. I have 5 month old twins and it was their first time at the beach. So cleanliness and comfort was key. This is a home away from home and I highly recommend staying here! The pool, grills, and easy beach access is icing on the cake. Love this place!

Property was just as described and overall very clean. The only ding would be we found lashes between the table and mirror wall. Nothing a disinfecting wipe didnt handle. Other than that everything was just as expected. Will definitely rent here again.

Great place to stay for our first time in Orange Beach. We liked the proximity to the beach and pool. Property was clean and taken care of. Host was quick to respond and took care of the chirping smoke alarm within an hour of making him aware.

We had some issues with the shower leaking, but the property owner’s gave us a discount on the parking pass. Very close to everything and right off of the beach. A tiny bit dated but overall a very nice property and worth the money.
