Great place and location for adult family

Place was roomy and comortable for four adults. Well equipped kitchen and good plumbing and heat. Excellent wifi. Clean with enty of linens. Washer and dryer a plus. Easy check in and very responsive host Great neighborhood. plhot water

Christmas in Chicago with Family

We needed a place close to our son and daughter in law and this was perfect! Clean, comfortable and in a great neighborhood! Parking was a breeze and the host (Sam) was fabulous to work with and communicated well! Highly recommend!!!

Our Buckeye stay

The apartment was clean and had just about everything you would have at home. The trains weren't as bad as some reviews have said. Sounded more like a plane flying over. Going to Wrigley, shopping on *ichigan ave or to the bean was as easy as it can get. Neighborhood pizza joints in each corner. A dominating Buckeye win was the icing on the cake. Thanks Sam

Perfect location

Great communication with owner/manager. Two train stations within walking distance. Used the garage for the extra fee, worth it since we took the train everywhere.

Beautiful house and great location

Overall the house was beautiful! It was super clean, exactly as pictured and came stocked with some basic things like everything you need for morning coffee. The communication with the host for check in was inconsistent and confusing. We didn't get the check in code the night before as indicated so we scrambled a bit the day we arrived. He was quick to apologize and tried rectify the situation. The location was great, walking distance to a ton of restaurants and bars as well as Lincoln Park.

Excellent Location in Lincoln Park

Comfortable 3 Bedroom Condo w 1 bathroom. Note that the train line is very close to the property if one is sensitive to noise. Not a big problem, considering the excellent location.

Excellent stay

The location is ideal, it is so close to transit and lots of restaurants. We got used to the sound of the trains almost immediately (it's a loud white noise, not startling at all) and slept great on the comfy beds. I'd definitely stay here again.

Long Weekend in Chicago

Excellent time in Chicago (Lincoln Park)! The location was great and within walking distance of lots of great food and bars. Close to downtown too ao it was easy to go take in the city. Clean and tidy place and great communication made the stay even better!

Very Clean and Convenient

This property is like it is listed. Very close to restaurants, bars, stores. Is also a easy walk to Wrigley Field. Sam was very accommodating and any special request we had he took care of quickly. Great stay

We walked to Wrigley Field for a day/night game and stayed two nights. Location is great and the pizza place on the corner has the best deep dish pizza. The outdoor area on the property was nice and the beds were comfortable.

Excellent Location for DePaul Visitors!

Needed a place close to campus to help move in our oldest for the fall DePaul term. The location was amazing; the house warm and welcoming. It was nice to be able to walk just a couple of blocks, cook a meal and head back to campus as needed. Plenty of excellent restaurants and shops close as well. Would definitely come and stay again!

Great location and clean!

The description of this property is very up front about the location near the train. You can notice the noise during the day, but honestly we slept right through it all night. The location is fantastic in a nice neighborhood, about a mile walk to Wrigley! Also, it was very, very clean! We are already thinking about our next visit! Thank you, Sam!

2nd stay here

2nd stay in a month. Its a really great location for moving around the city. Sadly this time our place was not as clean as before. Just a few small misses. Property owner said they would address a cleaning list with the cleaning staff.
