North Center - Modern, Safe, Family-Friendly, Solar-Powered Apartment

Nicely renovated, modern kitchen and bath, comfortable beds, and solar-powered. Great location in a safe neighborhood, Jewel (Grocery store) is less than a block from the front door, Trader Joe's, 4 craft breweries within three blocks, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, Wrigley Field nearby, and brown line train to downtown (the Loop). Families with children are welcome; we can lend a booster seat and pack-n-play upon request. We offer our guests Brooklinen towels. Owners with two kids live upstairs; we are here to address guest needs. Our house is incredibly secure; we have security cameras on both the front and back porches. No smoking or vaping of anything on the property, guests can smoke on the front sidewalk or in the side alley. Parties, excessive noise, and loud music are prohibited — no large groups. Quiet hours are between 11 pm and 8 am.

We booked this because it was close to our daughter's new apartment and it was very clean and accommodating. Check in was easy and in fact Justin the Host was at the door when we arrived. When in need again, we would stay there again.

This is our go-to place in Chicago! Great locations with lots of great restaurants within walking distance and a grocery store around the corner. Street parking isn't an issue. Justin is a great host: very communicative and helpful! He gave great recommendations for local bakeries when I asked.

We had an excellent stay! The location was perfect, a nice little walk to Wrigley Field for a ball game. So many restaurants in the neighborhood. Very clean, bed was comfortable, the kitchen had anything that we needed. We will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our stay. They really put thought into having the things that we don’t see often at a VRBO. Throw blankets for sitting in the family room watching TV, extra outlets in the bedroom, complete full kitchen with everything we needed. You can walk to a grocery store and restaurants perfect spot and a great host.

We had a perfect stay here. The location is perfect. Quick walk to a grocery store and tons of restaurants right outside the door. Free street parking was plentiful. The apartment itself was great. Super comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, and plenty of space. Felt like you were staying with a good friend who had thought of everything you might need.

Really enjoyed our stay. The place is clean and comfortable and made for a wonderful short vacation for my family. Justin was great about communicating to us. The place was well furnished and well stocked definitely recommend.

This was one of the best places we have stayed. Apartment was clean with plenty of room to get comfortable. Lovely back porch to relax on, and the bed was comfortable. Hosrt was available as we had questions. Would definitely stay here again. We don't usually leave reviews, but this property exceeded our expectations.

I've worked in most neighborhoods around the city, and if you are interested in venturing out of the Northside, I’m happy to make some recommendations.

This is a very nice apartment. Because we often host family and friends, we have made every effort to make sure the place is functional, comfortable, and feels like home. We live upstairs, so clearly we love the neighborhood. We are a block from the grocery store, within two blocks from several great restaurants, and just as close to three terrific playgrounds.
