Very happy with our 8 day stay. Host lives nearby, and was quick to correct a minor problem the first evening. Nice neighborhood, not fancy but located close to the Biltmore district restaurants and shopping. Would come again if available next time we are in town!

This home is beautiful, very clean and well stocked. It's deceptively roomy. From the street, it didn't look like it was big enough for our group of 4 adults and 2 small children, but it was perfect. The yard was nice to have for my grandson. The patio has a fire pit and table with chairs. We didn't use them, because our stay was short and it was very hot. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and every cabinet was labeled which made stuff easy to find. She had a coffee service cart, that was well stocked. There are so many nice little touches. I can't think of a single negative thing about this home.Elauna was so great to deal with. I didn't realize that a pack and play was by request, and when we couldn't find it, I sent her a message. She had it to us in less than 10 minutes. My only disappointment is that we only had 1 night to stay here. There seems to be a lot in the area as far as food and shops. We didn't get to explore much because we booked for the proximity to the airport on the last night of our trip to Sedona. We had an early flight and two small children. It is only a 10-15 minute drive.I would highly recommend, and would stay here again if/when I'm in Phoenix.

Home was lovely and well maintained. We also appreciate it snacks and coffee provided. Only thing I would recommend is adding more hooks in the bathrooms for hanging toiletries and towels. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful, which was really appreciated.

Place was perfectly cozy for a group of friends gathering to celebrate a birthday. Location was perfect—close to great restaurants, shopping, and hiking. And gathering spaces were perfect for our group. Beds were comfy. We did wish that we could adjust the temp of the ac units—Some of us sleep cooler than 75. But other than that it was perfect.

Clean, nice and perfect for our stay.

We enjoyed our stay. Worked great for our quick trip to Phoenix to play some golf. It’s location was perfect being close to the airport and a central location to the courses we had planned to play. House was very clean and comfortable. Host was easy to get a hold of and answered our questions promptly. I’d stay here again.
