Come visit our oceanfront condo in the Historic Nye Beach District of Newport. Relax in comfort and enjoy the sweeping ocean view and phenomenal sunsets from the living room or balcony of our fully furnished second story condo. Dine in, preparing a sumptuous gourmet meal in our well-equipped kitchen, complete with microwave. Sleeping arrangements include one queen bed in the bedroom and two comfortable futon chair/beds in the living area. Lounge, watching a movie on one of the condo’s two televisions—one in the living room with a VCR/DVD and one in the bedroom with VCR. And for added convenience, our condo comes with two full baths. Located in the arts district of Nye Beach you are just steps away from galleries, great dining, entertainment and shopping. You are only minutes away from Newport's bay front, and the Performing Arts Center and a short drive to the Oregon Coast Aquarium, ranked top 10 in the country, and the Hatfield Marine Science center. Explore the light houses, go fishing, crabbing, or hiking then sample some brew at Rogue Brewery. For play and relaxation, you can use the on-site swimming pool! The pool and spa equipment break down frequently. I cannot guarantee either will be open during your stay.
Please Note: This condo is located on the second floor with NO elevator access. BBQ not allowed on the balcony.

Great location and amazing views

Could not ask for a better location in Newport and the windows looked out at the ocean- gorgeous. We had challenges with the size of the unit. We visited with 2 grown children and the unit is really only big enough for 2 people. They had to sleep on the floor because the futon and sofa bed mattresses were very thin and when pulled out, filled most of the living room space. Also- heat and tv in the master did not work. Mattress is also older and we both had trouble sleeping on it. But we give it 4 stars for location and view.

Location, location, location!

This sweet spot is accurately described by the owner. The view is spectacular, south to the Yaquina Bay Jetty, north to the Yaquina Head lighthouse. Very convenient to the Nye Beach scene and a short drive to all of Newport's many delights. The condo was built in the early '80's and it remains a well-preserved and well-maintained testament to the design themes of that time. The owners have taken great care of the condo, and it is supplied with everything we needed for our visit.

So well equipped

We keep coming back for the views and for incredible walks on the beach. The condo is the perfect size for two adults, and equipped with beautiful linens and all manner of papers for kitchen and bath.

Very, very comfortable

Everything you need for a comfortable visit to Newport. Quiet location, close to good restaurants and activities. Extraordinary beach view and direct access. Easy check-in. Very pleased with every detail.

Li’l Macs is a family name, sort of. I realize that Mac is not an original nickname for those of us with a Scottish last name. My grandfather was known as Mac and had a grocery named Macs Grocery. Later, my Mom & Dad had a soda fountain called Little Mac’s. This is the logo for Little Mac’s Ice-Cream Fountain.
And now I am carrying on the family tradition with our vacation condo Li'l Macs At The Beach.

Newport is a great place to visit with a variety of things to do. We have visited and lived on other parts of the Oregon coast but find Newport to be the place we want to be. Our oceanfront condo is a corner unit with sweeping views of the ocean and a perfect vantage point for relaxing and watching the sunset. There is a peak at the bridge from the kitchen window.

There are great restaurants and galleries with in walking distance of our condo. The beach is steps away. The short drive to the aquarium and Marine Science Center makes it easy to visit and check out the latest exhibits.
