Beautiful lake, mountain, and sunrise views from condo and back porch. Very clean, well appointed, comfortable condo. Simple, close drive to lots of hiking trails and downtown Lake Placid. We loved it!

This condo has one of the best locations in the entire Whiteface Club if you like the water. It has an unobstructed view of the lake, and is toward the edge of the property so we found it to be very quiet. There's also easy lake access right down a set of stairs from the condo-- we were able to launch our SUP from there every morning. The condo is beautifully renovated and furnished, and the host was very easy to get in touch with. The kitchen was outfitted with everything you need for basic cooking (if you are planning bigger meals you may want to bring your own supplies; there is just one smallish cutting board, for example.) Plenty of towels were provided, and even some beach towels. No extra toilet paper or paper towels were provided, nor laundry soap, so plan to bring that.Overall, this was a great location for a summer stay and we would definitely consider returning in the future.

There was a nice view of the lake from inside the condo. There was a bit too much snow to walk out back, but I'm sure better views would be had during less snow. The condo itself was very nice.

Beautiful view and family friendly place to stay. The owner had great communication with us before our stay and provided a list of things to do in the event of rain.

Great place

This was a great stay. The condo was very clean and comfortable, the the lakeside view was great, and the location was fantastic. The owner was also very helpful and responsive. I would rent here again.

Great views

Enjoyed our stay very much. Great location. Gorgeous view of the lake and surrounding mountains. Apartment is very clean and comfortable. It was a nice home base for us to explore the region during our 3 day stay

Birthday Vacation!

Lovely place, beautiful views, far enough from downtown for relaxation, close enough for a quick trip. Kids loved the bunk beds and the quick access to the water to finish! Owners were great from start to finish, even after we left some items ant checkout and needed to return to grab them!

Great place for family with teens.

Perfect home base for skiing

Susanne's condo was a perfect home base for family skiing at Whiteface. It's located right on the lake and tucked away from the hustle and bustle of town ... but super close to everything you need (grocery store, hardware store etc, etc). The kitchen is clean and organized, and has everything you need to cook.

Super convenient, clean and reasonably comfortable give the weather. Temperature outside during our stay was sub-zero every day so keeping the inside temperature warm in the living area was challenging. Lack of amenities stood out; would have been nice to have a few coffee pods there for our first morning. No shower products.

Amazing property location!

We love visiting the Lake Placid area and this was our favorite place we've ever stayed. It was the perfect amount of space for a family of 5. The views from inside the condo were AMAZING!! You can see Lake Placid even from within the kitchen while cooking. I love the open concept of the kitchen/ dining/ living room. We hope to visit again!

Excellent getaway

This was a family getaway to relax and just enjoy being together and reminiscing our childhood days. It was clean and quiet and we enjoyed it. The sponsor was available and helpful for all our questions. I highly recommend her and the Condo.

Unit was small, as indicated in the description, but well kept and very clean. It was a last minute trip for us, so we were grateful to get a place over the holidays. Although the tv was broken, the owner told us about it and we brought our own tv. Other than that minor issue, the views were beautiful and the condo is very convenient for winter sports.

Great Stay

Our family enjoyed our time at this cozy condo! The views of the mountains and the sunrise were awesome! Our kids enjoyed playing in the water down at the lake. The condo had plenty of room for our family of four and having the two bathrooms was great. The condo was clean and felt comfortable. The location is close enough to town but away from the hustle of Main Street. We would recommend staying here and will stay here again when we visit Lake Placid.
