Fantastic Lakefront 2BR/2BA Condo Walk to Town, Patio, Views

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that the condo did not fully meet your expectations during your stay. As a newly listed rental in 2026, guest feedback is extremely valuable to us, and we take all comments seriously. We would like to provide some additional context for future guests: * The condo is a walkout lower-level unit built into a hillside. This is described in the listing, and while the front entrance requires walking down stairs, the rear of the unit opens directly to the lawn and lakefront area. * There is ample lighting in the exterior areas as this is compliant with the town lighting policies and restrictions . These are in place to reduce light pollution. We are adding additional compliant lighting to make this better. * The beds and mattresses are new, and we recognize that mattress comfort and bed height can be subjective. * We have addressed the screen door issue noted during the stay and confirmed it is operating properly. * The areas visible through the bedroom windows are exterior egress spaces that can collect leaves and debris due to their open design. We have since completed additional cleanup and added this area to our regular maintenance checklist. We are pleased that you found the kitchen, utensils, and overall interior cleanliness to be very good. We take great pride in maintaining a clean and comfortable condo for our guests.
