Located just steps from Hinman Island Park, Landa Park, the Comal River Tube Chute, and Schlitterbahn Waterpark, you'll be within walking distance of Historic Downtown New Braunfels, Wurstfest, shopping, restaurants, and local attractions.

Parking: Complimentary on-site parking is available for up to 3 vehicles.

Inside, you'll enjoy simulated wood flooring, local artwork, high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, central heating and air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Pet Fees

Dogs under 40 lbs: $25 per day

Dogs over 40 lbs: $40 per day

One-time cleaning fee: $35 per stay (covers additional cleaning inside the duplex)

Yard cleanup is the responsibility of the pet owner.

Please Note: Pets are not permitted in the pool or pool area and are not allowed on beds or upholstered furniture. If excessive pet hair is found on bedding or furniture requiring additional cleaning or replacement, the $300 pet deposit will be forfeited.
