Great location Walk to Pats, Comal River Park, Rocking R, Duckys surf shop, Schlitterbahn. Great King Beds, Fun backyard, and town deer walking about. Will be our only stay when cing back to New Braunfels. Close too to shopping restaurants

Great stay

The property was perfect for us, we enjoyed cooking big meals, hanging out in the yard, and loved the king size beds. Nelda was very communicative and helpful. Would recommend this VRBO!

Cozy and comfortable, felt like home!

We enjoyed our stay very much, loved the decor, it made it feel like home. The location was perfect, walking distance to Schlitterbahn (day 1) and the Comal River (day 2). We will plan on returning here for future getaways. The kids loved it, too!!

Perfect Family Getaway

So many good things to say! Everything is clean and comfortable, including the beds! The kitchen is well equipped and the table is great for board game night. The host is responsive and gives plenty details to enjoy our stay. I highly recommend this for a family or couples get away.

Great house!

We really enjoyed our stay!! The house was exactly as listed and super comfortable and clean! Very convenient to all the attractions in New Braunfels! So neat to see deer in the front yard and behind the garage in the evenings. We will definitely be back!

Perfect weekend getaway!

The location and the house were awesome. Nelda was great during the whole process and we had such a great time. Will definitely be coming back to visit soon! The house was clean, check-in/out process was simple, and the beds were SO COMFY. Thanks Nelda!!

Great experience

The house was super cozy and clean! The location was great because it is only minutes away from all of the restaurants and the tourism spots. Nelda was amazing! She answered any questions that we had and made sure we had a comfortable trip!

Cute house in New Braunfels

We had a great time at this cute house with our adult kids and spouses. We enjoyed grilling and eating on the patio and seeing the deer. The house is charming and just the right size for 3 couples. The location is convenient to dining, Schlitterbahn, tubing, or any other fun activity in the Hill Country.

Great spot for two families visiting Schlitterbahn

We loved our short stay. Perfect space for kids to play and adults to also have space of their own. Star gazing at night from the back yard sanctuary was my favorite part. Our four year old loved the swing in the front yard. My husband appreciated the easy parking. Thanks for a great stay!

Lovely home, great location, good communication.

This is the perfect spot in this town for a long weekend and it is hard to find a rental with all king beds, and they are all comfortable. Good communication with property manager. Highly recommend.
