Beach just outside your door! Steps to the pool!

This charming ground-floor condo is located on the Northern end of Tybee Island, near
the lighthouse and 1 mile from the Southern end where most shops and the
pier are located. So many exciting updates were made to this unit in the off season. You will love it! It is ideal for couples.

The kitchen has a full size stove/oven rather than the apartment size found in some of the Beach and Racquet units. There is a king bed in the bedroom.

This unit offers a TV in the living room and bedroom. The owners have also provided wifi so that you can stay connected during your vacation. We highly recommend unplugging and enjoying the beach!

The balcony is a great place to enjoy a morning coffee or evening cocktail and watch the ships come and go. We are technically at the junction of the Savannah River and the Atlantic Ocean, and the beach is only steps from the condo.

The Savannah Beach and Racquet Club has well-maintained grounds with a view of shrimp boats and commercial ships as they come and go from the port of Savannah. There are 3 tennis courts, 2 beach side swimming pools, and BBQ grills. We are a 20 minute drive to historic Savannah and 1 hour and a half from Hilton Head, S.C. Beautiful sunsets and dolphin sightings are common.

This condo overlooks the pristine pool as well as the beach. A boardwalk from the pool deck leads you directly to the. The beach is wonderful for long walks, shelling, fishing and bird watching. If you like to swim in the ocean, you should know that there are no life guards on the North beach, but there are on the South beach, less than a mile away.

This is a gated complex and there is parking for 1 vehicle per condo. Parking is strictly enforced. You will be issued 1 parking pass and it must be displayed on your dash during your stay. All unauthorized vehicles are subject to ticketing by SBRC management.

This complex does not allow pets, period. This is strictly enforced by SBRC management.

It was me and my bestie , it was very small, but for a loving couple or a single person perfect. It literally is right in front of the pool and seconds from the beach with limited steps which is a plus.
Bed was comfortable. After all, you’re not in the space much, but it’s close to everything.

Amazing beach area!

My friend and I had the most wonderful stay at this vacation apartment! The space was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit, including a great shower and a lovely balcony to relax on. The pool was perfect, but the real highlight was the beach area. It felt private and peaceful, and we were blown away by the wildlife, dolphins, blue and fiddler crabs, hermit crabs, pelicans, and even a blue heron feeding right off the shore! It was such a serene escape, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to unwind. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

Exactly what we expected. Just steps from the beach! Bed was very comfortable, great water pressure in the shower, kitchen well supplied. Couch was not the most comfortable, but we didn’t spend much time sitting anyway!

Excellent stay!

We enjoyed our stay so much that we are already planning a return trip. The complex was clean and extremely close to the beach. It's on the north end which was great as you are not in the hustle and bustle but within minutes to the Tybee Pier and anything else you want to experience.

Weekend vacation

We got married last weekend and decided to do a “mini moon” this weekend and this was the perfect place for us. Only thing we did not know when booking was that the beach the place is on is a small beach compared to the main strip. It gets pretty small when the tide is up especially, but if you don’t mind that like we didn’t then it really is great.

Cute Condo

Enjoyed both the racquet club and the condo… it was nice and quiet and the beach was pretty much all ours. The walk to the beach was only minutes and easy. Glad we came and might come again this year. PS don’t forget your bug spray like we did.. Those no-see-ums love dusk.

Tybee Island getaway

While the condo was great for the 2 of us (great location!) I think the owner needs to do some upkeeps. The screen door is off the track and the weather stripping is broken. There needs to be a mattress in the sleeper sofa, even if not being used as a sleeper. Without it, you sink in the sofa when you sit down. We had to sit on pillows in order not to sink. As far as the kitchen goes, a colander would be a great addition. Washing lettuce, draining pasta, etc. All in all i would be happy to stay here again.

Wonderfully relaxing!

We spent a week at the condo for our honeymoon in mid September. The condo was very clean and well equipped for our stay. The portion of the beach that the complex is located on had calm waters and a much more laid back feel than the main part of Tybee's beach. We walked it almost to the lighthouse one night when the tide was out and it was so relaxing. We tried out both the local restaurants and those in nearby Savannah and found them all to be reasonably priced (for a vacation destination) and were happy with our meals. We ate twice at The Breakfast Club and highly recommend it. It is just a short walk to the beach from the restaurant so you can walk on the sand before or after breakfast which we did. The Sundae Cafe was where we ate for our last dinner before flying home. It was a bit more expensive than the other local fair on the island but so worth it! The food was perfect! It is a wonderful spot for couples or small groups but I would not recommend it for families with children. We would recommend going to see the lighthouse and climbing to the top!! What a view of Tybee! Also Fort Pulaski was very interesting and on the main road into Tybee. We spent part of our time in Savannah which is well worth the short drive. Such a beautiful city full of history. We weren't able to sample all that it has to offer in just one week and are already looking forward to when we will be able to go back! All in all we would definitely recommend this condo to anyone who asked! It has a great location at the complex right next to the pool and walkway to the ocean. Also since it is so close to the pool you are able to get internet access inside the condo with no need to either sit on the balcony or go to the pool area. That was a huge plus as we often saw many of the other guests having to go to the pool area or be on the balcony trying to get access.

Having a full kitchen was nice, but we didn't really make use of it aside form the fridge and coffee maker. The view was OK but not great because it is a first floor condo. But, we could still see the water, so it wasn't awful. The condo was clean and there was lots of information provided about the rules of the property as well as menus for eateries. I found Tybee to be very walkable, but we rented bikes to go into town. Tim's Bike and Beach gear was close enough to walk to to get rental bikes and rental beach chairs. There was a bike rack to lock them up when we were in the condo. Huc-A-Poos Bar was a short walk as well. We Uber'd to and from the airport for about $45 each way. We never went into the pool even though it was right outside our unit. The pool looked nice and had plenty of lounge chairs. The walkway to the beach was very close offered great beach access. We both loved the beach. The sand was smooth with minimal shells to walk on. The was plenty of space, even at high tide, but we were also there in October. I'd imagine it's a lot more crowded during the busy season. A short bike ride can get you into town or plenty of other attractions, like the lighthouse. The town is VERY bikable. They have a nice bike route that spans the entire island. All in all, we were very happy with our first trip to Tybee Island and hope to visit again.

Location was perfect! Steps from the beach! Beautiful sunrise/sunsets! Amazing to watch a shrimp boat from the beach with tons of dolphins! No need for a dolphin tour when you can see them from the beach. The Condo was perfect for just 2 of us; equipped with all essentials needed. Bonus, it also had beach towels, beach chairs and an umbrella! Great area where you can walk for coffee, pizza, and ice cream! Recommend this condo

Beautiful condo, within quick walk to calm beach. Property management was very friendly and helpful. Great place to stay if you aren’t into crowded beach scene. The pool and all condo amenities were above and beyond. Only tiny complete we had was A/C. We were not able to adjust below 70 degrees. It got a little hot at night, even with fans but the condo was so great we did our best to overlook.
