One bedroom / one bath condo. Waterfront. Sleeps four. Queen bed in bedroom with attached bathroom, and two bunk beds recessed in the hallway. The bunks are more narrow than a twin and are perfect for small children. They are not large enough to be comfortable for adults. Fully furnished kitchen with full size refrigerator, dishwasher, regular drip coffee maker / filters provided (coffee not provided), pots, pans, microwave, etc.

Cable TV in the living room and internet is provided.

Enjoy the pool and kiddie pool, tennis courts, pickleball court and beach!.

Beautiful view of the Savannah River bay from the balcony where you can watch the container ships and shrimp boats go by and the dolphins play! Steps to the beach are close by. Stay here and you will agree that "Heaven's A Little Closer!".

Location was great very convenient too restaurants and shopping. Awesome view of river Condo was little small for us. Overall we were very satisfied.

This is the our second year coming to this unit. We like the ocean view and closeness to the pool. This is our 4th year staying at the Savannah Beach and Racquet Club.

Nice condo

Good place to stay with a small family. Short walk to the beach that is not crowded at all and the pool is just right outside the door very clean

Steps Away

Perfect vacation stay

Great convenience to pool and beach. L9ved the location on Tybee. If you want a quiet, relaxing, peaceful vacation, this is it. Have zero complaints.

Tybee Stay

Bed was hard to get in and out of but once in and situated slept thru night. Didn’t care for how the shower curtain would keep blowing in on me whether the door was open or closed. Easy access to the beach and pool. Did enjoy my stay.

Great Unit

Best unit in the complex. Corner unit overlooking the pool with very few stairs. The walk to the beach is very easy but being on the Savannah River we did not get in the water. Although not advertised, the unit includes 3 Beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels. The unit was perfect for us.

Great place to stay on Tybee Island

My husband and I stayed 5 nights at this condo. We have 3 main expectations for rental properties because we use them a lot! 1. Cleanliness, the most important, this unit was clean and sanitized, had plenty of clean spotless towels & pool towels. Bed linens & comforter were spotless, fresh and of good quality. The throw blankets had a fresh laundried smell aslo. The sofa was clean, free of any hair. We felt comfortable lounging on it. 2. Privacy and quiet...even though this unit is next to the pool, we were able to enjoy the ever changing scene from the balcony. The window treatments provided complete privacy and darkness. 3. Amenities... we like to site see early before the crowds, then stay on/near property for the rest of the day. There's always something to see or do in the condo complex. The balcony was great for watching dolphins, birds, fishing boats, container ships, and an occasional surprise visitor. The pool was nice! Heated, never too crowded, a little sandy on the bottom, but that's expected so close to the beach. The beach was great with the tide bringing in different marine life each day. The beach was clean and a great place to walk, relax and/or sun bath. Never crowded. We were thankful for this condo after exploring Tybee Island for food and nice beaches. The ridiculous parking fees and lack of good restaurants made this condo our sanctuary. We will not be traveling to Tybee Island again.

Escape to the beach

We had a wonderful time and the location couldn’t have been better! From breakfast on the deck watching the dolphins to the beautifully lit shrimp boats on the water at night! We parked the car when we got there and didn’t get in it again until we left the island. Walked to a nearby restaurant when we wanted to see the real Tybee and loved it!! Only thing the condo came up short in was a stopper for the kitchen sink 😊. We improvised and kept right on going. Would return in a heartbeat!

Tybee Island Relaxation

Property is waterfront, and adjacent to the pool. View of the bay is amazing. Unit was clean and host was responsive. That is really all we cared about on this trip. Appliances and décor are a bit dated, but didn't mind, as we ate out every night. Tons of great food on the island! Check in is at 4, so don't expect to come early, but listing is pretty clear about that. Overall, this was an amazing property and we will definitely be back to the island.

Relaxing

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From check in to check out, this place met our expectations and was a great base for exploring the island. Pros: seeing the ocean right there, space, bed was more comfortable than mine at home (we have a pillow top this one was more firm, memory foam). The kitchen was adequately equipped, bonus is that there were rails for the bunk that were removable so I put both on the bottom so that our 3 year old could sleep there. Also, the free bike rental through Fat Tire bikes was wonderful and we LOVED that company! Cons: when we showered the drain clogged.

Tybee

Location is key to a successful vacation. This little condo was perfect. Easy access to unit and the beach. The views from porch were fantastic. Would only recommend no more than 2 adults, as it could be a tight fit. Close to eateries and downtown pier. Wish it had a tv in the bedroom. All other amenities were fine.

2023 Vacation

We would definitely like to return next year but the parking situation is troublesome. We have family we come to visit and with only 1 parking spot allowed makes it difficult. We got a ticket this year for parking in public parking.

The location of the unit was perfect and the view was wonderful. The parking limit is horrible. We had company from Pooler and they got a ticket in a public Parking entrance for the beach. There was not any public, no pay for parking areas close to the facility.

Tybee compact condo

Very nice view. Compact condo. Well cared for and clean. The mattress is quite uncomfortable and should be replaced. Shower curtain as well. Drains in bathroom are slow and need work. Beach was great. Very convenient to visit Savannah. Lots of dolphins,shrimp boats and ocean ships in the river for entertainment. Overall, had a great stay.

Perfect location

First floor right on the pool. Crazy how perfect it was. Down to the beach in 3 mins. No long walk over thick hot sand. Just a short boardwalk, down the stairs and you're 20 feet from the waters edge. The beach itself incredibly empty at times. This was mid July. Dolphin watching every day, all day. Quick 8 min walk to Zunzibar. Happy hour wings for $1 more than worth it.

Tybee vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived at 3:40, check-in was 4:00, I checked my email for the mail box code that would allow me get our condo key and information out of the box. Didn’t have one so we waited till 4:00, check in time, I called.and was told they were bringing the key right down it was 4:20 before we were given our key. I was not only tired from the trip but frustrated with check in process. We were also not told how to re-enter the gate to the property another guest did. Condo is small but you do have an ocean bay view. I would not recommend staying here.

Peaceful and positive stay!

The view was wonderful, the resort is located on a quiet, pretty stretch of beach that is a very short drive into the center of everything on Tybee. The unit was clean and, comfortable with everything we needed for a four-day getaway! Thank you for asking :)
