Be our guest and enjoy the beautiful views from this first floor unit located on the pool side of the A Building. You have views of the pool and the bay from your private balcony of Sun, Sand, and Vitamin Sea.

The owners recently purchased this lovely condo. Light, bright, and freshly painted, you will have that beach feel the minute you walk in. The condo is 490 sq. ft. and offers a king size bed.

Although we don't recommend cooking on vacation, this kitchen is equipped with a full size stove and has plenty of counter space. Basic cookware, silverware, dishes, and glassware is provided.

This condo offers a flat screen TV in the living room and the bedroom. The owners also provide high speed WiFI access. We highly recommend "unplugging" and enjoying the pool, the beach, and soaking up all the Vitamin Sea you can!

This end of the beach does not have lifeguards so be extra watchful. The large container ships can cause an unexpected wake. You will enjoy watching the dolphins play and the ships coming in and out of the Savannah Port from the privacy of your own balcony. Or step out to the beach and get your toes in the sand.

NO GOLF CARTS, NO TRAILERS, NO PETS ALLOWED ON SITE. Savannah Beach and Racquet Club is a smoke-free complex. No smoking is allowed on the grounds or any of the common areas. This condo is also a non-smoking unit. You may smoke on the balcony and we ask that if you do so, please close the balcony door.

A little piece of heaven.

The owner/manager is excellent at communicating and making sure any needs are met. The condo is decorated really cute and was also very clean. We needed extra wash cloths and she made sure they were provided in no time. Thanks for a great stay!

Absolutely amazing!

This balcony has enough of a view we could watch the ships come in- the pool was spotless, the boardwalk to the beach was almost right outside our door- the condo was clean, smelled wonderful, and had the most comfortable beds.

Quiet location, super convenient to pool and beach!

Enjoyed the condo! Convenient to the pool and beach. Nice amenities. Only criticism would be there were no extra linens for the pull out couch so my little had to sleep with me. Very safe and could walk to a few places to eat and shop!

Anniversary trip

We enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean, tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed. It was quiet and we enjoyed watching the ships and boats go by. It may have been my mistake, but i didnt realize it wasnt actually on the ocean. It was close enough and we walked to the marine center and lighthouse.

A great little getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is in a great location and is so cute inside. The owners have thought of little things also like utensils, towels and washcloths, toilet paper, soap. We really enjoyed our stay. That being said, the blinds and screen door were broken on our arrival and we couldn’t use the screen door without it falling off the track completely- so we just didn’t use it. Also the pullout bed was not the most comfortable for my 13 year old (4 year old slept on it just fine) but it had a lump in it that made it a bit uncomfortable. Despite these couple things, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend anyone to stay here. The owner or manager Melba is very responsive and attentive to any needs that you may have and even messaged me first asking how our stay was going. I was highly impressed by that and then she also brought more washcloths by when I asked if that was possible. Overall a wonderful stay and so many great memories for our family were made.

Good other than cleanliness

I tried to communicate my issues with management, with no reply. The floor, coffee pot, under the couch and dishes were very dirty! Other than that our stay was good and we liked the location. They need to do better on cleaning.

Tybee Trip

Had fun being so close to a non crowded beach. Air worked great and kept us cool. Being on bottom floor was a plus also and we could park right under our balcony most times. Water was hot and room was clean. We enjoyed it. Thank you!

Great condo

WONDERFUL Time here at this Tybee Island Rental

Great Clean Updated Condo - Pool was always kept Clean - Grounds were manicured and RIGHT ON THE BEACH which was our thing! I would highly recommend this location for no more than 4 people due to the size. the host was just so accommodating with any questions we had and everything was very informative really before we even got there and then when we were there the instructions were already there regarding everything needed.

Nice and comfortable condo.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Beautifully decorated, spacious, clean, perfect location. 4 of us lived comfortably. 3 adults and 1 teenager. Even the sofa bed was comfortable, which is not always the case. Plenty of space and empty shelves and drawers to place your items, so you could really settle in to enjoy the time. Had all the basic essentials you needed. We will definitely return to this rental. Thanks so much ☺️

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a nice place to stay with direct beach access! While staying there the beach was very quiet. The condo was VERY CLEAN which I appreciated. The owners checked in on us upon arrival to make sure everything was ok. This condo is best for 2 adults (maybe one kid) otherwise very tight space. We did not do any cooking when staying there but it appeared to have what you needed. There is a close coffee place that we walked to in the mornings. The building is older and I think the building owner should get rid of the carpet outside in the hallway (it would look better and keep down odors). FYI, Just be aware that the bed is the first thing you come to when opening the condo! I wish the floor plan was laid out different because the bed is literally right at the door. Overall a good stay and accomplished what i was looking for...for a little R&R

Great condo.

Overall the condo was very clean and as expected. We really enjoyed our stay. Two suggestions: kitchen could use some additional utensils (i.e. we did not have a pitcher to make tea) and for some reason the wifi kept cutting out.
