This home boasts a back deck with lake views, steps down to a private dock, huge master suite (lake view, shower, tub, large walk in closet, king bed), 12 foot ceilings, custom cabinets, 2 car garage, large laundry, 75 in big screen tv and more! The home is located on arguably the best spot on Lake Hamilton and is close to everything in Hot Springs!

Beautiful house, great location!

The house is in a great, beautiful location. Easy access to all the attractions in Hot Springs. The house is gorgeous and views from the deck are wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay. The hosts are very nice and responsive. We plan to stay here again!

Multi generational trip

The description of the house was very accurate; everything we needed for our weekend trip was available for us. The home was extremely clean and simply decorated but very comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet and relaxing.

great house

Very nice house, can really be 4 bedrooms, Very clean, updated and large bedrooms. Would have liked for the awning to be available to use outside and only had a Keurig coffee pot for 7 older women, who love coffee. But a great house and we will for sure come back.

Grandparents memory making trip with grandkids

Just a few things the kids said “This place is huge” “They have games to play, their kids are going to be mad they left them for other people.” “That sure was nice of them to leave y’all coffee.” “These are soft towels “ I guess you can see my husband and I accomplished what we set out to do “make lasting memories” and your beautiful well stocked home helped.

Better than Home!

Spotlessly clean, exceptionally spacious, very quiet neighborhood and overall extremely comfortable. The listing pictures associated with this unit are exactly what we encountered during our stay. We travel regularly with another couple and concluded this is among the best short term rental experience we've had. This was our first trip to Hot Springs and particularly appreciated the hospitality of the local restaurants and businesses.

Girls Weekend

We loved Brian Cove! The house was perfect for us and met our expectations. It's a lovely home that had plenty of room for us to visit, play games, and snack. The kitchen is well-appointed with a Keurig and an ice maker, two things that were lacking for me in another property. We would definitely choose Brian Cove again.

Great Gathering Place

The house was very spacious, including a huge master bedroom suite. The open concept kitchen/dining and family room gave our family lots of room to spread out and still be together. We played games together, watched old pictures of our family on the large screen TV, and enjoyed just visiting and reminiscing on the very comfortable reclining couches. The entire house and furnishings were all very clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Beautiful Property

The house was beautiful and an ideal location. Everything was within 5 to 10 minutes radius. You feel at home away from home. The owner provided all the essential items required for a stay from shampoo to detergent to wash clothes. The owner was prompt in her response. We had a fantastic time and did not want to leave. Whenever we decide to go back to Hot Springs we would love to stay at the same property.

Nice home

Carpet in master bedroom needs to be replaced . Terrible dark stains in walking path. Looks like someone walked in with black dirt or oil on bottom of shoes. Several lightbulbs in kitchen and family room not working. A beautiful home like that does not need to have windows that are fogged. Windows need to be replaced that have lost the gas and fogged .

Great Property in Hot Springs

Honest Review: This has to be one of the better properties in Hot Springs. The architecture and interior design are immaculate. The pictures dont do it justice. For the most part, the place was very clean; however, I personally didn't sleep under the sheets because there were several strands of hair on them. Other than that, it was a great stay. My recommendation to those inquiring would be to ask about the house rules prior to booking as they weren't listed, and I probably would not have rented at least during this trip because I ultimately moved a very important family gathering out of caution to ensure I respected the rules of the house. I received the information about the house rules the day before my stay, which was too late to cancel with refund. I'm appreciative of the experience otherwise.

National park hiking trip

Property is new, beautiful, clean and well maintained. Rooms are specious and beds are comfortable. One episode put a dent in our vacation which could have been resolved quickly. We group of five rented this property because of 3 bedrooms, but could not use the 3rd bedroom for the first two nights. When we arrived late evening, found the blinds were on the floor, and one sockets support was bent. As the windows are big the back street lights flooding the room, which made the bedroom unusable. Email was sent right away with proper details to the owner as there was not contact phone number. We did not get the reply back till next day around noon, in which owner asked for the pictures. Loading pictures via Vrbo out in the woods was a challenge and failed several times. Finally we requested their phone number to upload all the pictures. Unfortunately, this ordeal did not resolve and we were out of that bedroom for the second night as well. It was a simple issue and should have been resolved quickly. There is service charge fee included in this rental, but we strongly feel that in our case the service was poor and should be waved.

Family weekend

We went with our granddaughter on her first trip out of town, the house was as described, centrally located yet secluded at the same time. We enjoyed being on the water, it was one of the cleanest VRBO’s we have stayed at whomever does the cleaning gets an A+, the driveway is kind of steep, not bad but a Camaro or mustang vehicle may have an issue that’s mentioned in the owners description

Great House

Beautiful and spacious house, everything was exactly as expected! Nice quiet neighborhood with a great location that made it easy to get around. The rooms are huge, big comfortable beds, tons of space to spread out! We really enjoyed our time here and would stay again with no hesitation.
