Beautiful cottage near silver lake sand dunes Monthly off season rates available

After a hot day on the dunes or on the lake come enjoy this cute cottage. It features 2 large patios, 2 fire pits, and an out door bar area. Inside you will find a second floor master suite. Blinds have been added to the windows for more privacy! Main floor holds the kitchen living and half bath. In the lower level you will find the bunk room, a full bath and laundry. The cottage sleeps 7 very comfortably. The ONLY entrance to the lower level is from the exterior from the lower patio. There is plenty of parking for trucks and trailers out front. Now offering monthly rental from October-April.

The property was charming and close to Silver Lake, which was great for our purposes. Loved the fire pit at the front of the house, however we missed having a table outside to place our snacks and s’mores on. The inside was nice and cool, no complaints there. However, the cleanliness was lacking. There was some food on the floor and old coffee in the coffee pot. Also, we never did find that pool! Better instructions or a map would be helpful. Overall a good place to stay and would consider returning.

Very wasy to get around…pentwater is close and the beach was amazing!! Great restaurants and plenty of shopping and parking!

Silver Lakes Vacay

My husband, two teens and I stayed in this adorable home. It had everything we needed and was super clean and updated. We loved that there was ample parking out front for our vehicles and trailer. It was only a few min. to the downtown area, beaches and dunes. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice location

House was in a great location with plenty of parking. Only downfall was the basement area smelled really musty and it was from the window AC unit; we didn't use it.

Great Weekender

The location is perfect proximity to everything in Silver Lake. The back yard is perfect for hanging out with friends, and the nice front yard firepit is great for a group too. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Weekend at Silver Lake

The only thing could have made this trip better would have been the weather. We had an excellent time and really enjoyed the home!

Fun little spot

The cabin was very cute and functional with adorable decor. Nice location. Only down side was the outside areas couldve been up kept a little better.

Lovely little place

I stayed here with my sister and it was a great stay! The home was cute and very comfort. The owner was very responsive in communication with me and helping me with all my needs. The only down side to the area is that there is little to no cell reception so be sure to get your check in in for before arriving to the house.

Enjoyed our girls weekend

Leah was very responsive and took care of the issue we had come up. The place is very close to the sand dunes and downtown area. We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect cabin

We absolutely loved this place. The layout was perfect and separated rooms gave us privacy for both couples. Outside has a nice concrete patio with a fire pit perfect for winding do after a fun filled day. The horse shoe pit and tiki bar was very nice too. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful Cottage

We had a wonderful stay here! The owner was very quick to reply to my questions and super helpful. Everything we needed was there! It was nice and close to Silver Lake and in a quiet neighborhood. Bonus was that it has a washer and dryer so that we could go home with clean clothes, especially helpful with young children!

Exactly what we needed. Close to everything in Mears. Enjoyed hiking the dunes and the town. Quiet and owner responded quickly to any questions.
