I absolutely would stay here again. The place was incredibly spacious with great quality pieces of furniture and decorations. Anything that you needed was there.Location was great.

We had a great time the property was very nice and about a 4 minute walk to the beach. Great pool on site as well. Right in the middle of Coligny with tons of stuff to do within walking distance.

Perfect home away from home!

The unit was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed and more. The king size bed is so comfortable. We enjoyed our stay so much. I will definitely stay here again!

The property was perfect for our first stay in Hilton Head. The amenities were as advertised. Very quiet place to sleep with very respectful residents and we returned the favor. Perfect place for small family to stay. Only issue is the fact you’re right next to public beach parking lot. Lots of traffic and somewhat noisy. But by 10pm the lot was mostly empty. Very close proximity to beach and the pool area was great. Highly recommend this property.

Comfortable stay in a great location!

This was the perfect spot for me and my family. We were super close to the beach, restaurants and shops, and playground! The space itself was very clean, quiet, with lots of room to lounge. Plenty of bath towels were provided, and parking was a breeze. Will definitely consider renting again!

Perfect location in Hilton Head Island

This property was perfected located near things to do and just far enough away to relax. The condo was modern and very clean. I really had a fabulous time staying here. It was like a one block walk to the beach. I would definitely stay in that unit again.

Fall break

Beautiful condo with great walking distance to Coligney and to restaurants, shops and grocery store. Quiet and I also enjoyed the quiet pool. Would definitely stay again.

Overall a nice place. Overall clean except for the floors, made my kids feet dirty within minutes, even wearing socks it made our socks dirty. Could use a good mopping, annoying having to wear shoes to keep my feet clean. The pool is really nice. The place is close to the beach, within walking distance. The public beach access gets crowded quick, it has a large free oublic parking area right next to the complex. Ended up driving to a smaller beach access that was less crowded for the rest of the trip. The public park behind the complex was really nice for the kids. Within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Plenty of things to do to keep you occuppied and keep the kids having fun.

Oasis near the action

Unit was spotless and nicely updated. Development is incredibly close to Coligny beach and shops but isolated enough to be quiet and nor feel like you are in the middle of it all. Pool area was good size and underground parking was nice to avoid the summer heat. Very happy with our experience.

We loved everything about our stay here! The proximity to the beach, shops, eating, all within walking distance. The house inside was perfect, in every way. Felt like a new, updated home. Would definitely love to return.

Perfect condo and location!

The condo is beautiful! Kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms are lovely and pristine. We didn’t want to leave! Location is super close to the beach and an easy walk to shopping and tons of restaurants. Reservation was easy and the host was very communicative. Will definitely be back.
