Unit is conveniently located to the parking lot and a handicap ramp with easy access. Well stocked with supplies, towels, and a blow dryer. Near many restaurants and grocery stores. Host is friendly, helpful, attentive and quick to respond when you contact her.

This was a great property and location, it’s clean and quiet if you’re looking to stay in Scottsdale. It’s close to Old Town and any shopping needs. The pool at the property is great. Janet, the property owner, is quick to respond with any questions or concerns. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Perfect stay for our weekend in Scottsdale, very clean and comfortable. The best location walked everywhere and right in the heart of old town

Parking lot was so close and the pool was very accessible. Wished we had two passes for pool, one for each spouse. Also close to church, stores, and restaurants

Nice Condo

We really enjoyed our stay. Clean, quiet and very accessible to area restaurants, coffee shops, shopping and the Giants Spring Training baseball field. Very walkable neighborhood. We highly recommend this property. Thanks, Janet!

Excellent location with walkability to the canal area, the entertainment district, and Old Town. Directly across the road you can find Starbucks, groceries, restaurants and TJ Maxx. The unit was located very close to the large, heated pool, and the gym, which was very convenient. Being on the ground level meant having a little patio area to share with the hummingbirds (made my day) and not having to lug our bags up the stairs. Janet was very communicative and cooperative....thank you Janet!!

Old Scottsdale condo

Our stay was a winter getaway from the cold. We found this condo and communicated with Janet before booking. Janet is an excellent host! Everything was as listed and exactly what we wanted! The condo amenities were what we wanted and the location was perfect for hiking, site seeing and shopping.

Close to Old Town

We really liked the location of this condo, and Janet went above and beyond for requests! Just note the pool is very quiet. It was perfect for adults, but it was too quiet for my 10-year-old. Otherwise, the restaurants and shopping in the area were great!

We had an excellent stay!

We had a wonderful stay. The property manager was excellent at communication and always responded immediately if I had a question. She had left us a personal touch of a few waters in the fridge which was nice upon arrival along with a lovely note. The door and lock was very easy to use and is was a great location. We did not use the amenities like the pool, but she had everything explained very well should we have wanted to. Its a great location in downtown Scottsdale. I would stay in this unit again.

Perfect 4 Me!

Janet’s place is really nicely set up for one or two people looking for a place to stay in Scottsdale. The location couldn’t be more convenient with shopping and restaurants literally across the street. I was in town to visit my hyper-elderly mother and was able to walk to her facility and grab a nice cup of French coffee along the way. I will be back!
