Centrally located just 5 minutes to City Park and less than 10 minutes to downtown New Orleans and the French Quarter. After a day of exploring everything the city has to offer, escape back to the peaceful, private pool & outdoor seating area to relax and unwind.

Safe, Clean, Great location

We enjoyed our stay so much and now try to book this property whenever we can. The location seems centrally located to so many places and we enjoy being in a great little neighborhood. There is enough space for our family to relax and spread out while making ourselves at home. The check in process is so simple and the owner is so attentive if we have any questions. A wonderful place to stay!

Lovely Home in excellent location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is well equipped and the bedding and mattresses are very comfortable. Ample pillows and towels. My kids even swam in the pool in November. The fancy grill was a bonus. We enjoyed biking to the many parks and lakefront nearby. The location is easy access to everything NOLA has to offer - French Quarter, Uptown, City Park, and Lakefront. We will definitely stay here again given the opportunity. The host also allowed me to have a later checkout.

Nice neighborhood

Clean, comfortable. open floor plan home. Great pool and a nice neighborhood. Most of the basics but missing some of the extras (no hair dryers, only a couple coffee pods a couple , no toaster)

Home Away from Home

House was exactly as described, clean, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The neighborhood was quiet, yet very convenient to anywhere we wanted to go. We very much enjoyed our stay and will book again when we return to Nola.

Great property!

Great house!! Super clean, remodeled, spacious with a great pool! Rapid owner response. Close enough to everything in safe area in west part of town. Would definitely recommend this property or stay again!

Awesome home

This was truly a wonderful home, with all of the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Our visit was cut short by a family medical emergency but we plan to come back soon!

Well appointed newly renovated home in great location

The home was clean, spacious, open and newly renovated with all the kitchen tools we needed. The pool area was well maintained and there was ample outdoor seating and lounge chairs. The neighborhood was quiet and thee is a nice walk to the lake. We rented a car and it was within 10-15 minutes of everything. Really great place to stay in NOLA.

Clean, renovated home in a good part of New Orleans!

Overall we had a wonderful experience! The location is in a safe part of town and close to lots of restaurants and shops. The property is clean and the house has obviously been renovated recently. There was plenty of room for our family in the home and the beds were very comfortable. Finding a pool in the New Orleans area is a rare luxury and that made this house the perfect option for our family, especially during the humid NOLA summer. They also had some unique items at the property that we weren’t expecting, like a Traeger grill. The landscaping in the backyard is a little overgrown, so that could use some sprucing up, but overall it is a great property. Thanks for a great stay and hopefully we will be back soon!

Clean property in a nice neighborhood

Bryants property was just what we needed for a group of 6 adults as my dad was having heart Surgery at Oschners and we wanted a nice quiet place. It was clean and well taken care of, in a good part of New Orleans which is hard to find. Would highly recommend!

Cute and quiet neighborhood.

We stayed here for Jazz Fest. Unfortunately, it isn't close enough to walk, but the house was very clean and neighborhood was cute and quiet. After a hot day, it was nice to have the cool pool to swim and chill. Bryant was very accomidating with information and requests. Thank You!

Wonderful stay!

The house was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The whole family loved the pool and the sunshine ☀️ The neighborhood is lovely and has so much nearby. We had a great time at the Velvet Cactus restaurant. There are lots of other fun places on Harrison Ave. The house is 10 minutes from downtown- quick drive. Beds were comfortable, shower pressure was strong and there was plenty of room with the open concept. Owner was very quick to answer questions. We would absolutely return next time we’re in town. Thank you for such a nice stay!

Nice trip to Lakeview

We enjoyed staying in Bryant's home! Clean, easy check in, great communications and perfect location. Easy walk for dinner at Backyard or snoballs at Bubby's. Off street parking was nice. Has a nice pool that kids enjoyed even with the cold weather. Easy uber ride to the Quarter. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent!!!!!

2 of the places I typically book on the “OTHER” site were taken. Came over to this site just to check and came across this listing. No lie the price was fair, so I booked instantly without haste. At the end of the day, you don’t come to New Orleans during Mardi Gras to sit at the house. House was clean….. no immaculate!!!! You could eat off the floor. Rooms were nice sized, comfortable beds, and host provided all the little necessities needed. Great location, great neighborhood, everything was great. I’ll definitely be staying again on future visits!!!!!!

Great location, Clean, And lots of space

Didn't get to use pool since it was cold but appeared to be well maintained. House was clean, large living spaces and kitchen. Bedrooms were comfortable and large enough. The neighborhood was quiet and located close to the Marina and Lakeway area. Also close to the City Park. Overall very satisfied with the property

Great family space

This was a great space for our family. The owner was so easy to communicate with and made the stay simple and stress free. The house was immaculate and looked even better than pictures. Great location. Quiet. Safe. So comfortable. AND there was a coffee bar! Easiest VRBO experience so far!

West End NOLA w/pool

This West End Property is in a very safe neighborhood close to the lake. The pool was great entertainment for the whole family! Would def stay again everyone loved it.

Great house and location

I'll admit I was worried when I booked because it was a new listing with no reviews. I'm glad I took a chance. This house was amazing and was in a great location! We were even able to walk to dinner one night. House was fully stocked with everything you would need for a short getaway.
