Summary:

Unit 114 at D Sands Condominiums is a ground floor, privately owned studio condo with an amazing ocean view, a cozy gas fireplace, and a balcony for watching the waves. Easy beach access is nearby, with our private staircase for your convenience. The Queen sized bed accommodates up to 2 guests, and the walk in shower is a popular bathroom feature. Relax and enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with full-sized appliances, or walk to any of the nearby restaurants for a memorable meal during your stay!



The Space:

Also known as "Shell We Dance", Unit 114 at D Sands Condominiums is a ground floor, privately owned studio condo with an amazing ocean view, a cozy gas fireplace, and a balcony for watching the waves. Easy beach access is nearby, with our private staircase for your convenience.



The Queen-sized bed accommodates up to 2 guests, and the walk-in shower is a popular bathroom feature. Relax and enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with full-sized appliances, or walk to any of the nearby restaurants for a memorable meal during your stay!



Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.



This is a 1st floor unit, there are 0 steps required to access the unit.

Enhance your Lincoln City experience by utilizing our local transit options! You can now schedule convenient pickups directly with Intercity Transit by calling them. Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town.



Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.



Interaction with Guests:

D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.

The beach view is indeed incredible! The studio is comfortable and worked for us. Be prepared to hand wash dishes as there isn't a dishwasher but it's worth it for the view and easy access to the beach. Great communication with the property office staff - super helpful. My granddaughter enjoyed the pool. I good location to explore the coast from.

The view was amazing. The stay was peaceful. I love the easy acess to the beach. We had a small fire and did s'mores. The pool and hot tub were easy accessible. I would book this place again.

Our room, overlooking the ocean, was very clean, comfortable and equipped with essentials for cooking. It's an older condo, but in great shape. We were in a good location and discovered Otis Grill and Kyllos Seafood restaurants, nearby!

Absolutely perfect getaway

Mini vacation

It was an amazing stay. Listening to the waves at night and when I woke in the morning I could just open the door and be at the beach without leaving my room

Very nice room, great view. Had zero issues with check in and check out. Will definitely stay here again. Laundry next door was a little loud but quiet after 8pm. Most importantly, the windows were clean for viewing the ocean. Thank you, Rob and Amber

Cute, quaint, and a perfect view!

We loved our stay. Even thoughupon arrival the trash hadn't been emptied. Quickly dealt with and everything else was great.

Great location

I enjoyed the room however, the walls were awfully thin and I could hear every word on the TV from the adjoining room. The staff were very helpful and kind and everything was wonderful.

Cozy

Charming, comfortable, clean studio with very easy beach access. Nicely furnished kitchen. Loved the fireplace, the couch, table and chairs and covered deck. I would definitely stay here again.
