Romantic get away with end unit and extra windows. Listen to ocean waves from the bedroom, living room and kitchen in this top floor unit. Comfortable leather rocking recliners and sofa. Flat Screen TV, Puzzles, WIFI, Cable and Games.

Great ocean and surf views. Dedicated private walkway to the beach. Restaurant next door and others within walking distance including Chinook Casino and 5 additional restaurants. .

Relax in the king sleep number bed adjustable to your taste.

Indoor pool and hot tub. WIFI, Cable & DVD

A private balcony is included to help you enjoy the views and take in the fresh sea air. The master suite is complete with a king bed and a private bath with a tub and shower combination.

The full kitchen has a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven with stovetop, and all the pots, pans, cookware and silverware you need to cook up your favorite romantic, vacation or holiday meal! We do offer ice maker and water dispensers.

A fireplace in the living room completes the ambiance and enhances the other amenities offered as a top floor unit Surftides Plaza.. Guests will have access to a large flat panel TV, a DVD player.

We are located near the Chinook Winds Casino and Golf Resort, local restaurants, art galleries, antique and gift shops, you won't have a problem finding something new to do every day of your vacation.

Please note that boats, trailers, and RVs are unfortunately not permitted.

This home is not pet friendly so please leave your pets at home, or make other arrangements for them.

The pool and hot tub are open 7 days a week 10am to 9pm or as posted

Holidays require 3 nights minimum.

The exterior and interior of the building under construction. Balcony closed off with wood no blinds on the main window facing west, so evening sun directly into the condo. Hot and bright, yikes!This place was not with even half of what I paid for. False advertising on VRBO. The bed was uncomfortable. No soap in the shower.

Christmas Get Away

What a wonderful place to stay. Very clean, quiet, close to town and the ocean view was the best. We had a very relaxing week recharging our batteries.

My boys and I had a good time. Beach was great in the morning, but too windy during the day, luckily for us there was a pool!! I wish we would have known the hot tub was down though. Condo was great, pretty dusty and ground was dirty but there was a lot of construction going on, on the complex so that was most likely why. I was told about the construction before hand which was nice. Really wish we could have used the balcony… it would be nice for the fresh air and the enjoyment. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed the area. Definitely worth the trip and made some great memories!

The property was overall clean, however there were a few let downs. The automatic door locks didn’t work very well. Was very frustrating, as it wouldn’t allow entry and took several minutes for it to finally release the lock and allow entry. The instructions for check-in and check-out were very clear. The host was prompt in getting back to me with my questions. The other let-down was it seems they were in the process of renovating the exterior of the complex. You could tell that there was a lot of water damage. There was a lot of construction noise and tools, lumber and workers in the way. This also made access to the property a problem.

Great location

Pretty much the only good reviews we can give is the view from the balcondy and the location. Fireplace didnt work and hot tub was empty. Bummer for the anniversary get away

Perfect size tidy with a view

Excellent stay 2 nights with a wonderful view top floor, on the corner can’t get a better spot. Everything worked perfectly, check in process, parking, room looks exactly as in photos. Would stay again! Thank you!

Check in and out times really confusing. Place and location beautiful and clean!

We had a wonderful stay. Place was very clean and a great location. The only issue , We had conflicting check in and out time. Cleaning lady came at 11am. Our email stated check in at 6pm check out at 2pm. Form in condo said check out 11am website site said 12pm. Verccconfusing

Great location but

As stated by a previous occupant, carpets were filthy. Condo could use a thorough cleaning. Location was great. Condo was well stocked .Parking instructions should be updated.

Great View

When we arrived it was 11pm at night. We had some trouble opening the door. Once i got ahold of the owner, she provided some helpful info for the key pad as well as a code for the backup key. No elevator and the condo was on the third story. Great view. No air conditioning and the puolet light on the fireplace blew out the first night. Limited parking. Overall, i wpuld recommend.

Great location, horrible communication

Location was awesome. Very close to beach and shops and restaurants. Fireplace did not work and we communicated it with the host. Host was very late on replies and even stopped communicating with us when we asked multiple times on how to get the fireplace working. We followed all directions to get fireplace going and texted the host multiples times but nothing was done. Don’t expect the fireplace to work, and don't expect timeliness responses from the host.

Anniversary Trip

This was a super cute little condo for me and my huaband. We greatly enjoyed the veiw, the pool and hot tub, and how comfortable the couches were. We did however have a couple small hick ups. One being that this property does not have an elevator, which made it a little difficult for my husband due to him being handy cap. We made it work though, and learned to do better research in accessibility. The other issue we has was on night one of our stay my side of the sleep number bed deflated and would not reinflate so we ended up sleeping on the couch for the remainder of our stay. Over all it was a lovely visit with just a couple hock ups.

Couldn’t access property,code did not work, had to rent elsewhere and still having issues with vrbo on refund and they won’t even let me talk to a mgr there, owners are out of country , very disappointed having to shell out over a $1000 for two nights , don’t think I will ever rent from vrbo moving forward, more than likely will be looking at legal action to recover my money,

Great Location, but...

This is the longest stay in one place that we have booked. We had several contacts with William, the property manager that were less than ideal. He was not able to assist us in a satisfactory manner. Like some recent occupants noted, the bed was probably the worst aspect of our visit. We constantly found ourselves adjusting the firmness. The fact the pool and hot tub closed before normal dinner hours is absurd. After spending our daytime hours exploring the area, shopping, sightseeing, etc. it would have been nice to that area open as a place to relax. We will always take this into consideration when we again book a stay in Lincoln City We were very pleasantly surprised in how well stocked the unit was. We lacked nothing when we prepard meals.

Disappointed

Disappointed over all with our experience. As we checked in we found the condo to have not been cleaned since the previous renters. After contacting the host she told us the cleaning lady had forgotten and gave me her cleaning lady’s phone number to arrange for the cleaning. We had to leave and wait 2.5 hours for the condo to be cleaned after a long day of traveling. I was promised a refund of the cleaning fee, which a week after check out I have not received. As other reviews stated, the bathroom smells musty and could use a good deep cleaning. The bed is a sleep number as stated, however it does not work. The remotes are faulty, therefore selecting your sleep number is impossible It was bad enough that we slept on the couch. If all the hotels in the area weren’t already sold out we would have left and stayed elsewhere. All that said, with a good deep cleaning and a new bed the condo could be nice as the view and location are perfect.

Very cozy and homey stay! The Sleep Number bed was super comfortable, and the full kitchen with stove and dishwasher was a great perk. The view was stunning! A few small issues (non-working fireplace, flickering light, some outlets not working), but overall a great experience.

This little condo was great for a weekend away for 2! Clear view of the ocean from the sliding door with a small balcony off the living room and a short easy walk to it! We loved just sitting and listening to the waves. The best part was the view of the ocean, especially in the late afternoon light, the sound of the surf, and proximity to the actual sand and water. There is plenty of cookware if you want to stay in. We were bummed to find the hot tub in the complex empty, but thats on the condo property managers and not the lovely folks renting their place. Easy check in and straightforward communication. Photo taken from the balcony!

This property is as advertised. It is clean and well maintained. The owners were extremely responsive and helpful. The view from the balcony is lovely and the beach is clean and not clogged with wood (as some are in Lincoln City). Appreciated the clean and updated pots, dishes and utensils. Stayed three weeks here. Convenient and close to stores, restaurants and the Sunday market.

Great location

Great location, the balcony is the highlight. FYI, it seems like the wifi is spotty in this area, we had some trouble with it, and the cell service (AT&T) in Lincoln City is spotty, as well. However, we had great communication with the owners, they were very responsive!
