No. 120 at D Sands Condominiums is a ground floor, privately owned studio condo we call "Abercrombie and Fish”. Located in a south building that was added onto the property after the construction of the original building, the front door of this condo offers parking lot level access on the highway side, but guests can enjoy a breathtaking ocean and beach view on the ocean-side of the condo. Abercrombie and Fish can sleep up to 2 people on a comfortable queen bed, which is adjacent to a gas fireplace so that you can enjoy a cozy stay on even the rainiest of Oregon Coast's days. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, and there's also a loveseat for enjoying the view through a wall of windows.

Abercrombie and Fish also comes equipped with a fully stocked kitchenette, complete with full-sized refrigerator, stovetop, oven, drip coffee maker, and microwave, and a small dining table to allow you to enjoy an oceanfront dining experience from the comfort of your condo.

The Unit of Association Owners, our HOA, provides Wi-fi and cable TV throughout the complex, and an indoor pool. D Sands Condominiums also features its own easy and private beach access so that guests can take full advantage of our oceanfront location and play in the sand and surf.

Centrally located in the middle of Lincoln City, D Sands Condominiums is an easy walk to Kyllo's, Lincoln City's favorite restaurant on the beach, a wine bar, Chinese food and so much more. A quick car ride can take you to the Chinook Winds Casino or the Lincoln City Outlets, not to mention all the other fun dining, shopping, and activity destinations in town.

If you walk 15-20 minutes on the beach to the north, you will find natural tidepools with all kinds of sea life. Or stay a little closer to home, and take in one of the most famous rivers in the world, the D River, the shortest river on the planet. The D River State Recreation Area is adjacent to the property, and provides even easier access to the beach in the form of a gradual slope. We're also conveniently close to a variety of other recreation areas and hiking trails for the avid nature lover.
