Everything was clean, had some trouble with the WiFi, pool access initially and the ac only one was set up but it was a cool week. But overall great stay great price and everything was settled quickly, would definitely come again

Great stay in Lincoln

The property was perfect for me and 3 kids. The place was clean, in a great location, check in was easy, and there was upgraded technology throughout. I would definitely stay there again.

Overall the condo was comfortable and in a great location, off the beaten path but close to Loon mountain and restaurants. The kitchen pots, pans need to be better organized and the living room couch should be replaced. The check in and out was easy and communication with the host was smooth.

Comfortable, cozy house, great location

Lovely house, had everything we needed. Nice to have two full baths for two adult couples. Great as home base to explore the NH trails and fall foliage. Nice restaurants close by. Would definitely stay again.

wonderful stay

spacious, sunny, clean, and well-equipped home. We had a very relaxed and enjoyable stay. Just a quick drive to Loon or to amenities in Lincoln. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks for a great visit.

Great Spot!

Perfect location to stay and less than a two minute drive to anything you may need. Visited the ice castles with our children. Very clean and organized space. Would love to stay again!

New Hampshire Getaway

Had a great time. Accommodations were exactly what we wanted. Deck out back, comfortable living area, clean and tidy. Will rent this again for our next NH trip!!

Their home is very clean and welcoming. Location is great. This is the first time renting a home that went above in the amenities. Communication good as well. The club house and pool were clean. Bonus of having no peer policy as I have allergies

We have stayed in Forest Ridge many times and love the space these units provide. This unit was clean and recently updated and provided all the necessities for a family stay. The only thing that wasn't clear (and wasn't a problem) is that the AC is stand alone units in two of the bedrooms which were a little loud when needed.

Weekend

Great property close to all Lincoln has to offer but in a quiet and relaxing setting. Parked right next to front door so was easy to get in and out for those with a lot of stuff to unpack. Quiet neighborhood where properties are well spaced out. Property was very clean and is well taken care of. Will definitely look to rent again.

Family getaway to enjoy fall

This property was perfect from booking to the actual stay. The location is superb and a stones throw from the main road. The rental itself is very nice. It is 100% true to its pictures. The house was clean and neat. It had a fully equipped kitchen which made meal prep for my family a breeze. There is a market very close by for supplies. The beds were very comfy and all slept soundly. I know this is minor but I loved that there were plenty of bedside and couch side plugs equipped with standard plugs, USB and USB-C ports. I also loved the availability of streaming on all TVs. Communication with the owner was spot on. This is a definite "must do" again! I highly recommend this property and graciously thank the owner for the attention to detail! My family was very happy here!
