Our 3-bedroom, 2-bath cabin is the perfect base camp for those looking to reconnect with nature. Nestled on 43 acres of woods, our cabin gives you a taste of peaceful country living.

Hike, tube, and explore. We're located steps from the Dan River, 3 miles from Hanging Rock State Park, and 20 miles from Pilot Mountain State Park.

After a long day, unwind with stunning views from our deck or cozy up around the built-in fire pit.

Fly into Greensboro International Airport and arrive at the cabin in less than an hour. The trip from Charlotte or Raleigh Airports will take less than two hours.

The cabin was lovely and clean with a great view. We enjoyed eating at River Rock Cafe and hiking at Hanging Rock State Park! The hostess was very helpful!

The Retreat at Hanging Rock was an amazing property. It was the perfect size for my family and had great amenities. It is in a picture perfect location and was truly worth the value. It is in a great location and I would highly recommended. 5 stars for everything!

We spent two nights in this beautiful cabin, and it was the perfect place for our family gathering. We were looking for a quiet, relaxing space to spend quality time together, and it truly exceeded our expectations.Our host, Jane, was very helpful and accommodating throughout our stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable.We especially loved hiking at Hanging Rock State Park, which is only about 8 minutes away—an amazing bonus.The outdoor area of the cabin is fantastic, with a lovely view and the perfect setup to relax and unwind around the fire pit.We would absolutely recommend this place and would love to come back!

Loved the sitting on the drck

Mountain Weekend near Hanging Rock

Enjoyed our visit - cabin was very clean and perfect for our two families. Enjoyed the beautiful fall weather and hiking at Hanging Rock (Cabin is very close) and traveled into Winston Salem for Saturday night. Great time!

Wedding weekend

Beautiful cabin. 10 out of 10. Would stay here over and over again. Family came down for the weekend for a wedding at Luna Trail. Was not far from the venue. Located right at Hanging Rock Park which we enjoyed on Saturday.

On the property itself, you will enjoy making home-cooked meals, toasting s'mores in the fire pit, watching the star-studded nights, and waking to dew-kissed mornings.
