Thank you for your thoughtful review of Villa Belvedere! We're delighted to hear you enjoyed the home's beautiful design, spacious layout, convenient location, and all of the amenities, including the bikes, beach towels, and large TVs. It's wonderful to know the home worked so well for your group and that you found the check in process and communication with our Dune Vacation Rentals team to be easy and helpful. We also appreciate you sharing your feedback. We're sorry for the inconvenience caused by the maintenance visits during your stay. While the pool does require routine service to keep it in excellent condition for our guests, we understand the importance of advance notice whenever someone needs to access the property, and we'll continue working to improve our communication. Thank you as well for bringing the sliding bathroom door to our attention. We'll have our maintenance team address that issue. We also wanted to mention that the home does have an outdoor shower, located just outside the door nearest the laundry room. We're sorry if that wasn't easy to locate during your stay. On behalf of all of us at Dune Vacation Rentals, thank you for choosing to stay with us. We truly appreciate your understanding and are so glad these minor inconveniences didn't take away from an otherwise wonderful vacation. We look forward to welcoming you back to 30A!
