The condo was adorable and cozy! Homey feeling that helped let you just relax. Very clean! The host was great with communication. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Bear’s Den was peaceful and in a great location. Very nice gated community. Host was very kind and recommended some great places to eat. Enjoyed our stay.

We loved the Bears Den! It was so cozy and clean! We enjoyed the indoor pool and pickleball courts on the property! The host provided a welcome call and was very easy to reach when we decided to add on an extra night! We travel to Branson several times a year and plan on rebooking at the Bears Den!

Great Place!!!

What a great place to unwind and cool off after a HOT day in Branson. Clean and comfortable with all the amenities. Would stay here again for sure. Joe is a great host.

Very clean and well maintained.

Birthday getaway

Came up for a weekend getaway. The Bear’s Den was the perfect spot. Clean, cozy and easy. The process to book, locate and access was smooth. Owners were great.

Great Time!

Super easy stay with no issues whatsoever. The condo is clean and overlooks a small pond near one of the greens, the pools were nice, and the restaurant was also pretty good. Thank you!

Weekend away

Wow! Clean, as pictured, and ready for tenants. Easy to find and get to the local attractions without having a lot of traffic. Noise was not an issue which made it very relaxing for the weekend. Would for sure stay here again

A week in a Bear’s Den

Bear’s Den was cozy as expected. Bed was perfect kitchen had everything we needed. We were in town for a National softball tournament and the pool and condo were the perfect recovery after games. Thank you for sharing your place with us! And thank you for all the eatery recommendations!

Our Stay at Bears Den

We had a great stay at Bears Den. The property was clean and stylish, with a great view overlooking the greens of 2 golf holes. It was loaded with all of the amenities you could need. We had a minor issue with the door lock, but I messaged the property owner, and they provided a resolution immediately. They were super friendly and even apologetic for the inconvenience. I would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend it to others. Thank you for the great stay!!

Perfect Spot

Bears Den at Pointe was a great! Everything was as described. The sunset view was so beautiful every evening! I’d choose this unit for that alone. All of the furniture was comfy in all rooms too. We came to be outside on the lake and to golf. This was the perfect location for those things! The course is beautifully landscaped with flowers and waterfalls. The state park marina is awesome too! We wished we would have booked a longer stay.

We absolutely loved the location!

We absolutely loved the location of the property, it was peaceful, great scenery, and not far from town. However, we were a little disappointed in some of the missing everyday items such as trash bags, toilet paper, and dish washing rags. It was not until we received our check in information that we were informed that there wasn’t a pull out couch, instead an air mattress. The air mattress ended working just fine and was definitely a high quality bed. Overall, it was very nice and clean, just wish those things would have been stated. We would most definitely consider staying at Pointe Royal again.

Hello, so sorry, wished you would have called. Dish towels are right beside the microwave and dish tabs under sink in tub along with trash bags. Toilet paper is up on shelf opposite of toilet. So wished you called and would have taking care of anything. Also changed property description months ago about a Queen deluxe air bed. I’m so happy you found that more desirable then a sleeper sofa. Den Delight!

This cute little Bears Den was perfect for my husband and I. It looked exactly as it did on VRBO. It was clean, comfortable and you could see that a lot of thought went into decorating this adorable shabby chic up north condo! It had everything we needed in the way of amenities and supplies. The little patio overlooking the golf course and pond was beautiful and peaceful. My husband enjoyed the indoor pool. The bed was very comfortable and the gated area was very quiet. The location to the strip is convenient. There is also a nice back way if you want to avoid the strip. Joe is excellent about communication and sooo nice to work with. We have been married 50 years and have stayed in a lot of places- we would definitely recommend the Bears Den !

I can not express enough how wonderful our stay was in this condo! Located in a beautiful gated golf community. Adorably decorated! Accommodated the two of us perfectly! Very reasonably priced! Would highly recommend if you are planning a visit to the Branson area, to try and book this condo! Upon arriving home, I saw that the owner tried to reach out to me via phone to welcome us. Unfortunately my phone had sent these calls to my spam voicemail. I do appreciate that they took the time trying to reach out to welcome us!! Thank you for helping to make our 30th anniversary a great one!
