Deck overlooks Number 10 Tee and Fairway. Great location close to the Club House -128 Bunker Ridge Drive Building 50 Unit 5 -- 2 King Size Bed Rooms 2 Bath - Both bathrooms have TALL Toilets.

ABSOLUTELY NO STEPS!! NEW WALK IN SHOWER! This Condo has new paint, new carpet, and all new furniture including TWO NEW LAZY BOY RECLINERS and TWO NEW KING SIZE SIMMONS BEAUTYREST RECHARGE MATTRESSES. All linens and towels are provided. It has a Queen size sofa sleeper with a memory foam topper and three High Definition Flat Panel Smart TV’s with DVD players. Also a full size washer and dryer in the laundry room just off the kitchen. The Master Bed Room has its own Private bath and a Private door that opens onto the deck. The Large Master Bath has a jetted tub with shower and double sink Vanity. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, silverware, pans, coffee pot, crock pot, blender, toaster etc. New Glass Top Stove and Microwave, New Dish Washer. New Refrigerator & New Washer and Dryer. We provide Laundry soap, Dish soap, Dish Washer soap and hand soap. We do not provide bath soap or shampoo.
Pointe Royale is a very nice Gated Community with the family in mind. It has a three million dollar Club House. It also has a Health Club/Fitness Room, a year around heated indoor pool and two outdoor pools (one for children). It also has a large outdoor hot tub. It has its own access to Lake Taneycomo for Trout Fishing (VERY GOOD FISHING). Other Resort Amenities include an 18 hole PGA Golf Course, Putting Green, Pro Shop, two lighted Tennis Courts, a twenty four hour Fitness Center, a Business Center and a (seasonal) Casual Restaurant which serves very good food!

Branson Is a clean family Community with fun things to do for the whole family. All types of live entertainment including a large variety of Music Shows, Dance and Acrobats. Go Cart rides, Zip Line, Swimming, Fishing and Shopping at both Old Down Town Branson and the New Branson Landing.
Branson Truly Is A Family Place To Vacation.

We have a 2 night minimum on week ends and a 3 night minimum on Holiday week ends.

Great place

Location was great, away from the crowds and traffic, but close enough to be in the action in a few minutes. Comfortable and clean! Loved our time there.

Spring SDC visit

Have stayed in this property several times. It has now become our "go to" place to stay when we go to Branson which is several times per year. Property is always clean and owners are super responsive for all our needs.

Loved it!!

This was a great place for my family! The home was cute and comfortable. Location was perfect for convenience to branson sites but quiet and relaxing in the evenings. The owners were great during the booking and if i had any questions. I will definitely be looking for their properties when I travel again!

Clean, comfortable condo!

This was our second stay here, and it has worked out great both times. Clean, cozy, and provides everything we need. We enjoy coffee on the patio overlooking the golf course in the mornings.

Best Condo Ever

To start to walk from parking straight into our Condo was fabulous ( no stairs ) there were 4 of us all in our 70's and there were no high curbs for the showers and the toilets were chair height a triple plus and the way the unit was kept it was like we were the first ones to stay in it. Thank you so much to the Lanferman's.

The place was beautiful. I would recommend this place to everyone. Close to everything and yet a very peaceful place to relax. It's the cleanest most modern place we have stay at. The owners are the sweetest people you want to meet. They go way out of their way. We plan on going again soon.

Quiet , cozy condo .

Mrs.Carol was quick to help with questions ! Wonderful customer service ! We loved that there are no stairs to the room and the pool is walking distance 😀 it is a quiet and clean development , nice to drive through. Plenty of room for the five of us , the internet was not cooperative had to use my hot spot 😐 overall, I would love to stay again !

Washing bed clothes

Had we left right when we started the washing machine there probably been a whole in the wall b c bed sheets wasn’t put in right which cause the washing machine to shake & move towards wall but did it before we left otherwise everything was great

Great but...

Overall our stay was great, but we did experience the following: 1) Instructions for building/unit# and keycode were sent via iCloud.com messaging and since I do not have an iCloud account that caused stress getting to the message. 2) We mis-read great for seniors... no steps to include easy access into the tub/shower but found it to be a high tub which was a challenge for my wife's short legs (same issue with getting in to the tall bed). 3) Upstairs neigbors created loud footsteps. We have a 5 star rating because these things were beyond the control of the owner.

Nice condo Great owners

Very clean and nice condo. Beds were nice and comfy. Condo is on the second floor we had trouble with the people above they had a dog that barked non stop. That was why we rented a pet free condo to be away from that but I guess the others in the complex aren't. We called the front desk they was no help since we didn't rent from them we rented from the owner. The owners were super nice helpful with the situation they did everything they could to get the problem solved but to no avail. The people only stayed two days thank goodness. This is a great condo overall you can't help what other people do. Once again I don't think you will find better owners than these folks.

Very clean, welcoming, and warm.

You have a very nice condo Carol. I came to Branson for a couple's vacation and had a great time. The condo felt like home, very warm and cozy. I loved the patio access from the Master Bedroom. The only thing I would recommend is having the hot water heater checked. I was not able to use the jacuzzi tub as the water had turned cold by the time it filled all the way up. Although Carol was very responsive when I communicated an issue with the hot water and had the maintenance guy come out the next morning, the hot water still ran out pretty quickly. Out of the 4 of us only 2 could get hot showers at a time before the water turned luke warm then cold. We were leaving the following day so we didn't bother calling again. Other than that, I would definitely recommend the condo to my family and friends. Thank you Carol for your hospitality. God Bless!
