The Keystone Cabin was built for family vacations and weekends with friends. Spend the day hiking or skiing through the mountains, exploring Bethel or enjoying one of Sunday River's amenities —then come home to the hot tub, fire pit and fireplace. With plenty of room for families and friends, it's an easy mountain weekend where everyone can actually stay together. The cabin comfortably accommodates larger groups with four bedrooms plus additional flexible sleeping space in the lower level, making it a great fit for extended families, multiple couples, or groups of friends.



The Keystone Cabin is the kind of place where everyone can be together. Whether you're planning a ski weekend with friends, a multi-family vacation, a golf getaway, or a summer trip to the mountains, we've tried to create a place that's just as enjoyable to come home to as it is to explore from.



Located just 8 minutes from Sunday River, you'll spend less time driving and more time skiing, golfing, hiking, or relaxing. After a day outdoors, unwind in the year-round hot tub, gather around the stone fireplace, challenge each other to pool or arcade games, or enjoy dinner together around the large dining table.



With four bedrooms, 3½ bathrooms, and room for up to 14 guests, there's plenty of space for everyone to spread out while still feeling connected. The open-concept living area is perfect for catching up over coffee in the morning or winding down together after a full day in the mountains.



A cabin designed for spending time together



One of our favorite things about the cabin is that everyone naturally ends up in the same spaces. The kitchen opens to the dining and living areas, making it easy to cook, play games, watch a movie, or simply enjoy being together without anyone feeling crowded.



When it's time for a little friendly competition, head downstairs to the game room featuring a pool table, ping pong, Pac-Man, and Golden Tee. Outside, relax in the hot tub under the stars or gather around the fire pit after a day on the slopes or trails.



Great for families



As parents ourselves, we know traveling with kids means packing half the house. We've tried to make things easier by providing family-friendly amenities including cribs, a Pack 'n Play, a high chair, games, and plenty of space for kids to play while the adults relax nearby.
