Good/fun stay!

Great location! Only downfall was the no elevator and lots of steps, but that is listed on the page and did not deter us from the property! Also the property smelled clean inside but walking around barefoot turned our feet black very quickly. Host was nice but we did call for something and she did not return our call. Overall it was a fun stay! Loved the pool and property beach access!

Great place to stay!

The condo was very clean, spotless! It was nice being so close to the beach and the pool was great, too. Would stay here again.

relaxing vacation

First time in Atlantic Beach! Location could not have been better. It was so wonderful to be able to go back and forth to the beach with just a short walk. Really enjoyed walking the beach at sunset. Accommodations were just right. Any inquiry to the owner was responded to, quickly. I have a couple of suggestions that do not affect my rating. Kitchen items such as plastic wrap, aluminum foil and dishwasher detergent would have been nice. Also a tea kettle for tea drinkers. Otherwise well stocked. Will definitely book with this property again.

Highly recommend!

Convenient location with beautiful beach access. The recently updated and tidy 2 bedroom/ 2 bath condo easily met the needs of our crew of 2 adults and 4 teens. The kitchen and bathrooms were equipped with the basic necessities. Laundry available on the 1st floor. Communication was great with project manager. We would definitely book here again!

Nice place

It was a very nice place to stay. We were on the second floor and they do not have elevators. It was oceanview and a long walk to the beach. Other than that, we enjoyed our time there

Perfect for our family

Perfect access to the beach and pool. Everything was as said in the listing. There was a few leaks with the dishwasher and the shower that I mentioned to the owner. Otherwise it was a great stay. Will definitely stay again.

Great Summer Beach Getaway Spot!

We stayed here for a week and really enjoyed it. The property was very clean and decorated very nicely. The kitchen was well-equipped. We enjoyed being able to sit out on the patio and see the ocean! We also enjoyed the easy beach access from the complex; no driving, no walking across roads hauling our stuff. The beach was never crowded. It's also only 1 - 2 miles from the main part of town for restaurants, shopping, etc. Pay close attention to the listing so you understand the size/layout of the bathrooms (not much get-dressed space) and the lack of a washer & dryer in the unit. Overall: great experience & highly recommended!

Enjoyed our stay

The property was as described. The place waa clean and comfy. Kids didnt want to leave. The host even provided toiletries (which came in handy because someone always forgets something) and beach toys for the kids. Definitely would recommend and would stay again.

Great stay

Very nice, clean condo. It is in a great spot and easy to get in and out. Host answered very quickly and even left us the cutest Easter basket!!

Great condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owner was quick to respond wit questions and answers and the condo was just what we needed. It was clean, close to ocean, and great pool. The unit itself was exactly like pictures shown prior to booking.

The online pics do not do the justice this beautiful condo deserves. This unit has had major upgrades and is in fabulous shape. The craftsmanship of the work is superior. Everything from beautiful wrap around Wainscoting, to magnificent Crown and trim work, superior tile flooring a wonderfully designed master bath. The host Brittain is a gem and concerned with hospitality and customer experience. You will not be disappointed!! Highly recommend!!

Great family spot!

We had a great time staying here! The condo was perfect for our family and the welcome basket with kid friendly activities was a sweet touch! The location to the beach was great and the area was very quiet!
