Great location, the whole fam loved it. The corner view is amazing. Also everything is so close and I mean you can’t beat having access to the boardwalk. Booking again!

Great Location

This property has been a family favorite for years, it’s close to the boardwalk for easy family fun filled evenings and great eats, the beach access is great also. Perfect location for a family vacation.

I like the views we had from the room. Everything we needed or wanted was within walking distance. We had a variety of food options that were either quick and easy to sit down.

Senses on steroid

Nothing like the smell, sight, sound and feel of the ocean waves, wind, sand, sun, moon and of course laughter of folks at the beach. Very healing for everything. Like senses on steroids! Oh yes, and the taste of the good food!!

If I could give it 1000 stars I would!

I don’t even want to write a review on this property for purely selfish reasons! This place was INCREDIBLE!!!! I could’ve just stayed in the condo and been perfectly happy. Everything was amazing, the house, the location, the amenities, the beds… the list goes on and on. We will be back!!! Thank you for everything!!!

Fantastic

We stayed at the Penthouse previously and loved it so much we booked again. However, the building was having maintenance done, so the property managers moved us to Island Treasure down the street. What a beautiful place! So much space and the bedrooms were all very far apart, offering lots of privacy. Gorgeous views and very clean. Wonderful, responsive property manager. Highly recommend both Island Treasure and the Penthouse properties. We will stay again. Thank you.

I'm really wrestling with the overall on this one. The location and access is great. From here, you can easily walk to so many restaurants and shops (the boardwalk and all it's "attractions" are steps away), direct beach access with showers and washing stations as soon as you step off the beach. 10/10 for location, location, location.And the view was great. Wrap around balcony creates more room / viewing opportunities so you can watch the ocean, all the beach goers (including your own party when they're down there!), and the many sights and sounds of the boardwalk (all hours of the night...haha!). Great furniture on the balcony, two tables and five seats. More than accommodating.As for the place itself, it's clean, but it's still dated and shows more wear than the pictures show or the description lets on. It's one of those places that no matter how clean it is, some of the wear and tear just takes away from it.Now, it's the beach, and there are plenty of things that you let slide - especially in a dedicated rental oceanfront. That's the attitude you need to have when you're here.At 1K a night, you're paying for location.One note: The living furniture is old/stained in many spots. When we were there, an active leak in the ceiling (likely from HVAC condensation) created a large wet spot on the main couch and rendered half of it unusable. Judging by the origin of the leak and the size of the spot, and the strategic pillow placement, it had been there a minute. :)

Cabana suites

Parking is a nightmare! Not enough spaces so some people where complaining about having to pay to park.It is not a gated community. there is a missing gate right out on the street so people where just walking through the parking deck to the beach and on the return trip using all the outdoor showers and we saw people changing clothes between cars in the deck. Inside the unit the floor was so dirty our feet were black after walking on it for less than 10 minutes. It took me 30 minutes of mopping and rising to get the floor clean. On the plus side the view was fabulous and the little boardwalk area took you to restaurants and a small amusement park.

The BEST place for a girls weekend!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is absolutely amazing; very clean and best location! Perfect for our girl's getaway weekend where we walked to all the yummy restaurants and cool boutiques! The large deck has the BEST VIEW you could ask for. Going Coastal was so easy to work with and helpful! We will be making this an annual trip to the Penthouse!
