Everything was great and what they had described. Check-in and checkouts very simple so we appreciated that. The only one minor thing I would’ve changed is a few rugs in the house would’ve been nice. The floor felt gritty from when we got there and so you couldn’t walk around the house barefoot. But the location was great and it had all the accessories that we needed.

Staff was so helpful and communicative and the location can not be beat! Lovely place I was so comfortable there.

Great location

This was our second time visiting Newport Beach. We really liked the location, within walking distance of so many things.

What a beautiful place to stay!

What a beautiful place to stay! My family felt right at home here 😊 We took beach walks and cruised the shops, left the doors open and relaxed watching tv, or enjoyed a glass of wine on the patio. It was a lovely escape and I'd go back in a heartbeat.

Everything was wonderful. Such as the location, and the shops and restaurants, etc.. Warning the parking is a but tricky for those of us who drive trucks. If you have a small car the garage is great. The reason why I did not give this stay 5 stars is because the beds are not that great.

Place was austere but as described. It’s just over a block to the beach. Wife and parents had a good time.

Great getaway

Clean and spacious. Great beds. Felt welcome right away with a little greeting card, couple of waters and some snacks. Easy access from street.

Newport vacation August 2024

The house was very clean & ready upon arrival. Instructions on how to check in were accurate. Great location close to beach, restaurants & shops. Communication with Beach Realty was good also, always responded to my emails or concerns. Nice home in Newport Beach. I would stay here next trip.

Nice Getaway and Great Location

This is a great place, comfortable, and walking distance to the beach, Newport pier, and the grocery store. The loud traffic and construction across the street were the only drawbacks, but it wouldn't stop me from returning! The minor issues I had with the dryer and TV were promptly corrected by Beachview Realty, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, a wonderful stay for me!

Great Newport Beach Rental in a Convenient Location

My wife, daughter and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo in Newport Beach. The unit is nicely furnished, the beds are comfortable, and the location is awesome. The beach is just a block away and the Newport Pier is a within easy walking distance. The garage parking space.is nice so we didn't have to search for street parking. We hope to be back soon.

Great Location!

Location Location Location!This great little condo is a great location! You can take a less than 5 minute walk and you are at the beach. Several eating spots too! The company who manages this property is on top of it! Great communication! Plenty of space for your family! There are some updates that could be made to the furniture in the living room but other than that, this is a great place! We will definetly choose this place again!

Positives of this rental:- location - really perfect. Easy walk to the beach without crossing any main streets. Near the boardwalk, the grocery store and restaurants - all within easy walking distance.- It was clean, old but clean.- Parking spot - having a dedicated spot is so so needed in this area! I wouldn't book a place without a parking spot - it was a relief to have.- Managed by Beachview Rentals. They were quick to respond to any question we had. I was able to overlook issues this place had during the trip because I knew they would be there and responsive to resolve anything if I really wanted them to.Cons that would make us not chose this rental again:- The house was more dated that we prefer. Everything was functioning but just older - not a deal breaker but just a preference thing.- The blinds were cheap old school metal blinds, damaged in some areas. Also at night they let a ton of light in from the streetlight right outside the bedroom windows. Really some black out shades could go a long way to help with this.- The upstairs neighbors dog barking each morning.... I am not sure if they are renters too or the owners? They did apologize to us for the dog barking - unprompted, we did not say anything to them - They said he would only be there one day and that he would be gone the next. But then he was there the whole time. So I really don't know what the situation is or why they would have told us that.

Good Value

Great property for the price. Road noise was louder than described in the listing and there was no mention of the house next door being under construction, so construction noise is also present. Otherwise, very convenient location to beach, restaurants, and shops.

My first Vrbo experience

My 40 yr old daughter had surgery so we needed the downstairs apt but we heard the street noise. We needed the space for the lift chair and for the nurse. The property managers were great!
