The property was very clean and it is air conditioned! I think our biggest issue was it is the ground floor apartment and it is literally on a busy road right outside the front door. We felt we needed to keep the shades/blinds closed, which made it feel dark inside. The bathroom also had a damp smell. The property is centrally located, an easy walk to the ocean, marina and the shops/restaurants up along the ocean. It is also centrally located to drive anywhere.

We had such a positive experience staying at this property. The location is incredible. It was clean, nice, and the communication with the host was exceptional. We would for sure recommend this property.

Great location

Great location for the beach, bay, restaurants and bars. Perfect for a small girls trip or a small family vacation. Would definitely stay again!

Location is fabulous! House is cute, Small in size, perfect for a couple and possibly small children. sharing square footage on the listing would help determine if this space works for your party. Overall I liked this house, it was clean and as pictured. The parking was too tight for our liking (Hyundai Elantra) so we opted to park on the street - metered parking. I would stay again for a couples get away.

Awesome location

Great place to stay in Newport Beach. Close to the pier, restaurants and lots of activities. Bonus: Newport Coffee only a couple blocks away.

Perfect landing pad

This was the perfect little cottage, steps from the beach, minutes to the pier and restaurants. It had everything we needed, and was clean and lovely! Would love to return and will recommend!

Amazing location, great property

We rented all three units in 1811 and our family loved them all. They were nicely furnished, had good space and working with Beachfront was great. Would stay there again!

Great stay!

We traveled here for a beach vacation with our newborn and it couldn’t have been a better overall experience! From the ease of booking and communication with the property management company to the perfect location close to the beach, it took the stress out of things and made our trip very enjoyable. Will definitely be back!

Cute Comfortable Cottage

Cute updated, Comfortable cottage by the beach. Unit A faces W balboa, but two blocks from the strand and beach and easy walk to pier and shops and restaurants. We rode bikes each day, enjoyed the beach and walked to dinner each night. Fun relaxing place to stay!
