Newly built two bedroom, one bath cottage. Fully furnished and stocked with full kitchen, pots, pans, dishes and all utensils. Two queen sized beds, linens included. Central A/C, hardwood floors throughout, washer and dryer in basement. Smart TV and WiFi included. Beautifully landscaped grounds, outdoor shower, and gas grill. Off street parking for two vehicles. One mile from East Matunuck State beach. 1/4 mile from Matunuck Oyster Bar.

Cute little cottage by the beach

Clean, cute, quiet and was perfect for a week at East Matunuck Beach. Perfect for 2 people. Great location. Would definitely stay again.

My sister and I had a wonderful vacation in East Matunuck! The cottage is beautiful, clean and offers all the amenities needed for a relaxing and fun beach trip!

Pristine Cottage

The place was great, cute, clean, in an excellent location, etc. Also has a well-stocked kitchen and lots of good towels. I would def stay there again.

Perfect Beach Cottage

This cute little cottage with an outdoor shower was absolutely perfect for 2. Quiet peaceful mornings on the deck and easy access to Matunuck Beach. We will be back!

Anniversary Trip

Cute & well kept cottage. We were able to walk 1 mile to East Matunuck Beach when the parking lot was full. The location, off of route 1, made it easy to get to other sections of the RI coast.

Snug Harbor

Cottage is cute and comfortable with a nice deck and yard Only downside was its proximity to the somewhat busy road during the day

Quiet and Pristine

This beautiful, pristine cottage was located in a wonderfully quiet and peaceful setting and only one mile from the beach! A gorgeous kitchen, outdoor grill, and wonderful deck allowed for some great evening dinners. We had everything we needed to enjoy a week at the beach. The rental and check-in processes were unexpectedly easy and made our stay even more enjoyable!

Perfect Beach Getaway

We have stayed here before and it was perfect for us. So comfortable. Nice outdoor enclosed shower. The kitchen is well-equipped and easy to navigate. Huge frig so we didn't have to go shopping often. Close to the beach. Love the nearby farm stand for fresh veggies. Near to other beaches if you want a change of pace. Highly recommend it.

My New Go to Summer Rental

My sister and I stayed here while taking care of the family business. She is from California and I am from Massachusetts but my brother and mother live here in Rhode Island. We had a quiet, safe, beautiful, relaxing place to stay while arranging for my mother to be cared for at her nursing home. She is 96 years old and counting. Lots of walking and talking on the beach and destressing. Thanks for sharing your place with my family. We all enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable, Clean and Well Located

Our stay was great. The property is very clean and in great condition. Not sure how old it is but appears to be recently renovated. Kitchen, bathroom and furnishings modern/ updated. It is well-equipped and uncluttered. Beds very comfortable. It is near a somewhat busy road but no traffic noise inside and traffic dies down to practically zero at night. We were there in August and air conditioning worked well. We very much enjoyed staying there and look forward to returning next year.

Made My Summer !

I stayed with a friend and wanted to be close to family members who live in RI. I love the beach and was familiar with the area. With that said, I did not expect to find a home away from home. Impeccable cottage. Feels larger than it is because of the high ceilings and the furniture cleverly fits so it feels like a country house rather than a beach cottage. The kitchen is great. The porch overlooks a large lawn and many birds and bunnies -saw hummingbirds and cardinals, etc. Check out the farm stand a few blocks away and of course, fine dining is minutes away at the Matunuck Oyster Bar but also lots of seafood places to appeal to any budget and preferred atmosphere. Loved it.
